Review 1：Due to fabric and paint choices the apt seemed dull and lacking light. There was nothing to cook with - salt, pepper, oil etc. No basics. Access only by multiple stairs in dingy stair well.
Review 2：It was central, ready (not easy) access to shops, restaurants and ferries. Well appointed and functioning bathroom/laundry.
Review 3：All doors were kept double locked at all times, this included outer door onto street, door from stairs which lead into small hall and inner apartment door. There was no fire alarm system, emergency lighting or fire extinguishers. Had a fire broken out, the stair wells were in complete darkness and all the exit doors were double locked. Finding the correct key for each door in the pitch black would be a recipe for disaster.

Review 5：- no lift to your apartment - no teabags or coffee which is usually always provided in self catering. But sugar was provided! - bed was two singles which we had to push together every night as they would start to separate.

Review 7：The aparment is excellently situated only seconds away from the lake front with a champagne cocktail bar literally round the corner and a excellent restaurant on your doorstep. The aparment was exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely stay again.
Review 8：- no Wifi (which we were aware of) but it's ridiculous to not have that these days - the curtains were see through, no protection at night from people seeing in or blocking the outside light - was very bright in our room! - was not provided any information to help us during our stay ie map with information to throw our rubbish as they requested (they said it would be provided in writing when we checked in) - Had to advise my arrival time, which we exactly specified before boarding the ferry from Como, also called when arrived, took 40 mins for us to be checked in while we waited in the cold at the ferry station. I understand it was busy at the other hotel but i gave exact times.

Review 11：Right in the middle of the main area in Bellagio. Right by restaurants, shops and grocery store. Internet café serving good food and drinks close by. About 20 steps down to main road and lake front. Clean and comfortable. Anna went out of her way to be helpful.

Review 13：You could not wish for a better location at the price. In the very centre of Bellagio, we had a spacious first floor apartment, with excellent facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with good information on where to go and what to see. The apartment is only a 20 metre walk to one of the excellent restaurants recommended in Lonely Planet, and a very short stroll to the wonderful Bellagio waterfront.

Review 16：The pillows were a bit flat and the bathroom was a funny shape and a bit small.
Review 17：The location was perfect, with the ferry port, restaurants and shops all within a few steps. Some stairs leading up to the apartment and then 2 flights of stairs once you enter the apartment block, great way to get some exercise after a nice meal! We arrived on the ferry and contacted Silvia, who promptly met us at the port. She took us to the apartment and was very sweet to give us advice on things to do and places to see. The apartment was clean, perfect for two people and had all the necessities.
Review 18：Not a real dislike, be warned there are a lot of steps to get to the apartment and a few in the apartment building. Only a problem when carrying heavy suitcases

Review 37：Overpriced. We took this room mainly because we knew we would have a fair amount of washing to do and a washing machine was advertised but they didnt have one although therewere connections for a machine. When I queried it I was told that the washing machine is in the apartment not the studio but it is clearly advertised on booking.com.Also the tv didnt work. They also dont have wifi or breakfast which we were aware of but could have gone into a b and b nearby for 30 euro a night less. Also there are only small shops nearby, which do not sell food if you want to use the kitchen. A supermarket is a long distance away. Need a car.

Review 41：The apartment is located on Via Centrale in the middle of the town. Close to everything including the boat, ferry, restaurants and shops. Excellent location. The apartment 17b was spacious and comfortable.

Review 43：Set in a perfect location in central Bellagio. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. Great value for money. Staff (Silvia) very friendly- she was quickly on hand to show us to the apartment and suggest things to see and do.
Review 44：Bellagio is the heaven itself thus the location of the apartment does not matter much :). Anyway it was good and located in the very heart. The apartment was clean, nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
