Review 1：Dark room - from the windows you look out on a dark roof. The receptionist spoke only a little english. Tv did not work - no guidance.

Review 3：Very modern hotel facilities. Good parking and easy to find off the A1 motorway. Exceptional staff. Easy to catch bus into Florence. Tickets available at reception. Tri Caci restaurant 5 mins walk, great food at reasonable prices. Also 1950's American dinner 10 mins walk.
