Review 1：It would be helpful to have a microwave in the kitchenette. This guest house is on the outskirts of the town, which is great if your plan is to escape the hustle/bustle of city life. Although we walked into town (15 min brisk walk) or took a taxi (usually 10 euros one way), one might feel a bit isolated without a car.

Review 2：The proprietor Carla was extremely helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. She spoke excellent English, made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant in advance of our stay and made us feel like we were a part of her family. The view out of the room was superb - gorgeous mountains against a brilliant blue sky. There was a balcony with comfortable chairs where one could just sit and enjoy the mountain air and the view. The residence hotel is like brand new, so it's very clean and well-decorated in a simple style, showing off natural wood features and tile floors. There was a parking garage and we felt like our car was very safe in there. The double room had a kitchenette with small fridge and 2-burner hob, plus all the crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots/pans one would need if self-catering. There was a small dining table with 4 chairs. Although the bed was a sleeper sofa that had already been pulled out to make the bed, it was the most comfortable sleeper sofa we've ever slept on. The Italians have a far superior way of constructing their sleeper sofas! Breakfast buffet was an extra 10 euros per person but very good, with eggs cooked to order by Carla. All in all, a charming place to stay. We will be back!

Review 3：Very charming family owned place. The owner was very helpful and went way over and above to help us out with all our inquires. Breakfast that was included was delicious. The rooms are very clean and modern. Indoor parking was a big plus. The hotel is about 5 min walk from Ponte di Legno city center. It is in a proximity of many great restaurants. Definitely a place to recommend and come back in summer time.

Review 4：It's way to far walking to the nearest gondola, 20 minutes would be realistic. Definitely not a 4 star place in my experience, it's a 2 star Garni/BB not more.
