Review 1：The breakfast was make yourself tea and coffee and packaged and preserved cakes. It would have been nice to have fresh croissants and use of a Nespresso machine. I asked for a non smoking room but the room did have a faint but persistent smoke smell.

Review 3：Location was excellent and only 45minutes from the airport. Very comfortable room with balcony overlooking olive grove and lake. Wonderful restaurant across the road. Very helpful and welcoming host. Loved it on our last night in Italy.

Review 5：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was fantastic, very well kitted out for self catering (even fresh coffee & percolator). There is also a great selection for the breakfast that is provided. The gym is also amazing considering the number of rooms at the site. There is also an amazing nature walk up a mountain not far away. Great facilities all round!

Review 6：Aircon in our room leaked twice, Mollys room had a persistent smell in the bathroom, pool was known to be extra but at 10 EU per person for a day in hindsight doesn't feel good value.

Review 8：We stayed two nights. Recostano Residence was the best place to start romantic vacation in Italy. The hotel is located in secluded part of town, close to the lake and great restaurants. The rooms are nice, big, elegant and clean. The hotel personnel is very friendly. For the dinner we can recommend Ristorante Al Capannone, which offers outstanding view of the lake and great food.

Review 9：Just a few negatives. There's no elevator, and no English speaking channels on the television, the provided "breakfast" is probably best relied upon for emergency only and like quite a few small Italian hotels the mattresses are rock hard and pillows a bit thin. Also, oddly, no "Do Not Disturb" sign provided. But other than those relatively minor points this hotel really is the nicest and most comfortable lodging choice in Trevignano.

Review 10：I had a clean, comfortable, and spacious room, with a modern updated look (although not all rooms are updated) and nice balcony -all at a very reasonable price. Especially notable was the excellent shower pressure and great air conditioning, not always reliably present in small Italian hotels. Friendly staff, and very short, easy walking distance to the lake and town.

Review 13：Not really a problem, but none of the people who work there speak any English. And our bathroom was hot, because of a hot water storage tank. Outside, it was just as hot, so we didn't want or need this extra heat.

Review 41：The more quiet places at the lake are quite far away. But you can borrowa bike at the hotel to get there more quickly.Breakfast was not much, but that's to western european standards.. Room was not really modern, some things were broken. Like our screen door, so we couldn't leave the doors to the balcony open at night.

Easy to walkto the boulevard and lake.Really liked the town; it's quiet in daytime, but the beaches are full. At night the restaurants and pubs are full. Also really liked it that there is not that much tourism, or at least most tourists are Italian. The hotel itself was more like an appartment. Easy to park your car (free).

Review 43：Photos on web site give the impression of bar and restaurant facilities at the hotel, which was one of the reasons I booked? This isn't the case, however the daily breakfast which is provided in the room was more than adequate.

Review 44：The staff were so pleasant and helpful, especially Maira and Marcello. We had a studio with a small kitchen , bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. It was cleaned every day along with fresh towels. Location was fantastic, about 5-10 min walk to the lake with numerous restaurants on the lakeside. We used the bike hire service at the hotel which was provided without charge. We would definitely choose this hotel again and would love to return to Trevignano Romano.

Review 45：Smelt of gas in the kitchen area which permeated the room so I turned it off outside at the tank, no-one around in the evening (and I do not speak italian to read the paperwork re out of hours contacts) to tell that the toilet was on permanent flush which made sleep difficult, breakfast very poor - all pre packed and supplied in the room and no where close by to have proper breakfast (it was raining so I did not want to to far)
