Review 2：I got a very good price for a single traveller at that area. The hotel is very close to the railway station which has frequent trains to destinations in Val Pusteria.

Review 7：Staff speak only German or some Italian so making them understand anything was a problem as we speak on English. The wifi did not work and the problem was solved only the next day. Some of the staff were initially very rude and we got the impression that we weren't wanted. I found a roach in my bathroom and the hotel allows pets, so if you are allergic to dogs or cats watch out. The overall score of 8.0 is misleading. I'd give it a 5 and stay there again only in an emergency
