Review 6：Amazing hotel that made our stay in Sperlonga even more wonderful! It is located 5 minutes from the sea, but for us it wasn't a problem, as it is a pleasure to walk on nice Sperlonga streets. Beach is free and located about 8 minutes from the hotel. Clean room, free internet, good breakfast, very friendly staff, great Italian coffee and much more. Definitely recommend it to everybody who wants a comfort and quite stay.

Review 23：When we booked your website said "only 5 rooms left" and in fact apart from ourselves there were no guests at all. None. Either your website doesn't work as it should or there's some sleight of hand here.
Review 24：The underground parking area is still not finished and it is notparticularly easy to cross over artificial grass covered boards. Thefacilities in the room work electronically but there should have beenmore effort to explain how they all work. There was a card but it wasnot helpful. Apparently the hotel has its own private beach area soanother person has stated - we were never told this although we stayedfor 2 nights. The hotel is not a five minute walk away from the centreof Sperlonga - it would take the average person between 10-15 minutes asthere are some very steep climbs as you get nearer the old town.Although there was an evening menu displayed there was no effort toexplain dining facilities and very few people were eating in the hotel.Although the hotel was very comfortable we felt it was over-priced andbear in mind there was no swimming pool. We paid 221 euros for 2 nightswhich we felt was a bit top heavy considering location & facilities.

It was a nice quiet location that was only a 5minute walkmtomthe main centre of town and also 5 minutes to their own private beach area. The staff were very helpful with advice and anything else you might need.
