Review 1：The bed was really uncomfortable. The staff could not speak english except one person at the café. There was one pool and not two. You can´t find a place to swim in the lake close to Il Casale. A lot of kids in the pool.

Review 5：The fact that the hotel states it has canoes etc to use on the lake which sounds great. Then you get there and enquire and get told we need to drive like 20 mins to get to a place we can hire a canoe. Misleading.

Review 6：The swimming pool facilities are excellent, very clean and has a small cafe. In general the whole site is well maintained and very clean. Friendly and warm welcome. The chalets would be ideal for a family on a self catering base.
