Review 22：We made a booking through you but when we arrived there we were charged for 2 rooms instead of the one we had booked. Moreover,the wash basin was constantly full, the shaving outlet did not work and we were forced to go to another room just to take a simple shave, the wifi didn't work. We were told by the reception lady that we would be charged for breakfast when we had already paid in advance. No shuttle was offered as per their promises. In short, we were charged for 2 rooms but could only use one room. Even the Manager said this was totally unfair so we have requested a refund of part of our money and it remains to be seen if they will have the courtesy to refund based on their extremely poor service and customer satisfaction. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Review 24：1- Not confortable, not a 4 star hotel, unconfortable bed, room very old, Wifi does not work properly, water at the bathroom does not warm up, noisy room, etc 2- During check in I told the employee that I would pay cash and it was charged on my credit card which I have not authorized, and there was no "turn back" 3- When I got the key to my room, I went upstairs and when I got into the room there was already a guest wearing pijamas, she got really upset at me but I have no responsability for the mess at the hotel If you want to have a nice stay at Dubai and really enjoy the city, run away from this Hotel!

Review 26：Hotel takes additional 20% extra charge to a booking.com price, I bookedmy room for 450 dhs but hotel takes 570 dhs. There is no bus service toa beach, only taxi. Hotel is far away from the city centre (50 to 60minutes to Emirates Mal or Dubai Mall). Pool on rooftop is very small,only 10 sq.M.

Review 31：Good location,convenient stores just opposite, veg restaurant nearby. One front office manager Mr- Santosh Prasad(sory not sure) was very co-operative and understanding.All services were V good. Breakfast is good as per the charges, with sufficient veg dishes.

Review 32：The room appeared ok but more to a fault was extremely noisy, not from the nightclub but from the traffic. The pillows were rock hard. There was no hot water in the morning so I had to have a cold shower. When turning the lights off it also turned all the power off so none of my devices charged. The room smelt badly of cigarette smoke (maybe coming from downstairs as I specifically requested a non smoking room)...this is all on top of the experience of the night before when I was sat in the bar having a drink, reading my book & I was approached by a male & asked if I was Russian & if I was providing "extra services"

Review 34：Efficient porter and check-in process. Room and bathroom containing all the comforts expected including good air conditioning. Ironing facilities provided quickly with a minimum of fuss.

Review 55：Staff, beddings seems not changed when we checked in, smell is awful, wifi always disconnected, smell outside the lobby and hallway in 1st floor smells like old building, no vallet parking.. you have to park your car by yourself in the basement and bring your luggage by yourself, i called on for room service before we had our breakfast, and when we went down i inform also 1 staff, and we went back still not clean, i called again reception and she said they started cleaning the other rooms but its already 11am and we are about to check out. the small indian, i guess the supervisor or manager seems like the owner of the hotel, never gives a good smile and seems no experience in customer service (lol). I thought its a 4 star hotel. But its not! Poor service poor staff!

It was late at night and they were in our room for less then 10 minutes and the security officer came and rang the room bell. The bell sounded like a fire alarm and it was horrible after midnight. We hope that security person gets fired because he is just ruining the reputation of the hotel. It was the night of 13 August.

Review 77：Worst staff ever. I was begging to the indian manager as well to the indian receptionist to let us check in. My wife was supposed to call the police if they don't allowed us since the booking was already paid.

Review 107：I supposed to have 2 visitor at the time of my stay. At first, they told me it is ok, they just need their IDs and visiting time is upto 9PM only. When my visitors arrived at 6:30 PM, the front desk manager suddenly told me it is not allowed to have a visitor and he will only allow them if I will pay additional 120 AED for an additional bed. It is just simply rediculous! We end up uncomfortably reviewing some documents in the lobby.

Review 123：Bad customer service, Horrible food at the lunch buffet for 60 Dirhams per person, rude and very unprofessional staff. The Indian lady on night shifts is plain mean and yells at customers. Had to wait for an hour for someone to assist with luggage when checking out. Never again!!! For abt $10 more you can find much better hotels. Don't be fooled by lower price offers.

Review 126：I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for myself and a friend. It had 4 star rating and was at an extremely good price. I am also very fond of the Deira district of Dubai. On arrival the receptionist insisted she kept hold of our passports because she needed to scan them. After several attempts to redeem them throughout the day we eventually got them back the following morning with the explanation "the scanner was broken" I was then shoulder shrugged when asked why we couldn't have kept hold of them and brought them back for scanning when the problem was fixed. The room was clean and comfy but the facilities are non existent. There are literally 4 channels of tv to watch "mostly news channels" in English and no interactive facility for films or radio etc. There is no internet offered in the room at all and there complimentary service in public areas was so slow it wasn't worth using. Speed tested: download-0.15mbps I was also appalled to be called at 12:30am to be asked by the (female) hotel receptionist if I had a girl in the room as it is not allowed. There was nothing in there guest policy about taking guests back to the room anyway, but I did not expect the same call 4 minutes later making the whole situation incredibly humiliating and embarrassing. My friend received the same treatment also. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. It was an additional 50D. Quite frankly it was horrible. The most questionable tasting eggs I've eaten, or should I say left. For the remainder of my stay I enjoyed breakfast at the avenue hotel over the road which was lovely and only cost 30D. It also has a much nicer selection of bars. This is not a 4 star hotel and regret booking it and most certainly will not return...avoid!
