Review 1：The bed was way too hard. The rooms have memory foam mattresses which we are not used to so it was a little uncomfortable. We did not like that we had to walk outside from our room to the spa area.
Review 2：Very quiet and relaxing! This was just the thing we needed! The staff was very courteous and helpful! The food was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed the spa (although we wished a hot tub was available) as it was very relaxing and not very crowded.
Review 3：The bed is aweful! Not even two star! Also the staff are not friendly and not nice. The massage is terrible. It was the worst massage I had! She did not know the basics of massage.

Review 8：The hotel is oriented to families and is a little out of the way so you need a car. Do ask for an upstairs room with balcony - the rooms downstairs and without balconies are a bit dark. If staying in summer, take plenty of mosquito repellent!

Celebrating our anniversary with a bottle of bubbly in ourroom which we took with us to the restaurant and they provided a new icebucket. Meal was excellent as was breakfast on the terrace andcomplimentary cups of coffee and tea after checking out. Good locationin countryside above Lake Garda.
