Set in its own large garden, Ligure Residence is just 350 feet from the Ligurian coast and its popular beaches. It offers a swimming pool, a terrace, and self-catering accommodation. Private parking is free.
All studios are fitted with tiled floors and simply decorated. Each is composed of a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. All studios are provided with a cooling fan, a TV, and a private balcony.
Ligure Residence also offers apartments in a separate building, just a few steps from the main one. Guests staying here will enjoy all services of the residence.

Review 1：The rooms are extremely tiny - we had a room with a sofa and 2 folding beds. When beds are opened, there is no space at all. Swimming pool is opened very limited time - all together about 5 hours per day(11-13.30, 16.00-19.00) - time that we've spent on the beach. There is no tea pot.

Review 2：Good location - close to the beach and to the shops. Friendly staff - answered all questions, booked a restaurant, advised regarding the free time, provided with baby tub.

Review 3：Se sei italiano copia questa review on Google e traduci fidati... Worst place I'm been in my life.. Not expecting 5 stars service I a 2 stars but the place is shocking.. Where to start This place get near 35 and up degrees by the summer and not any air conditioning instead you get a old style fan attached to the light..7 days here were far less than relaxing. The temperature at night was so high that with the fun full blast and the windows open you still have to have a shower in the morning how sweaty and sticky you were.. your double bed is actually a really old style fold up couch, that once is open you can't hardly walk to the other side. Well the price was 820 euros for a week and I even found a cheeky note asking me to clean properly the room or I Gonna get charged 30 extra euros?? "really?? Did I not give you enough money already?? Never more I Gonna step place in this... You finish the rest.. What can I say.. Shame on my not to check this place properly first... Don't make the same mistake. . Avoid avoid avoid!

Review 5：Hard to pick where to start... Basically the place is a uniquecombination of bad service and shabby interior with completelyinadequate cost (we paid 125 eur per night which can usually get you anormal modern apartment in most places irrespective of the season). Hereare some examples:- The furniture in the tiny room comprises oldish squeaky fold-out beds, which when taken down fill up the entire space;- Kitchen is old, frigde doesn't close and leaks;- Towels are... well.. they aren't towels really, they are just pieces of really thin cloth: its like wiping yourself with your bedsheet or pillowcase after the shower;- Hot water ends after 11:30 p.m... and so onAn amazing encounter with the front desk manager to whom I suggested that the final cleaning fee (its 35 Euro by the way) was not mentioned on the booking.com webiste. He showed me where it was (not the usual 'Important information' slot where most Hotels put it), ok fine.. but in the meantime the guy said literally: "I know you are wrong and I am right, because I am older"!!! I mean no offense, but in the modern world you do have to have a really obscure mentality to say something like that...In this Hotel you have the alternative of fully cleaning the apartment yourself (they really want spick and span cleaning of bathroom, toilet, floors, fossets, kitchen, etc) if you don't want to pay the cleaning fee. That seems quite degrading in the world of modern tourism.Thankfully we stayed only 2 nights which were like torture already.

Review 7：Very welcoming, relaxed atmoshere, secure parking, always clean, friendly staff, own pool and bar, close to the beach and easy walk to interesting town and shops. The perfect place to take a break, and totally Italian.

Review 10：The swimming pool is open just few hours a day... The depth is 1,65 all over and it's very difficult to get in or out with a small child, there must be two of you!

Review 11：Nice location, nearby local supermarket, butcher, fishmonger and fresh fruit and veg shop. Functional studio and kitchen, we were provided with a cot bed and a baby bath for our daughter on arrival. The centre is about 15 min walking where there is plenty shops and restaurant!

Review 33：There is a fantastic indoor and outdoor playground for the kids. Wi-Fi is not strong enough to reach the room. Rooms are tight for a family of 4 but the facilities is sufficient and convenient. The hotel has secured parking which we found as an added value. Price is a bit high but the location is great albeit not on the beachfront as the photo makes us believe.
