Review 1：We loved the beauty of the place and the fact that it is owned by a Franciscan brotherhood. There is a peacefulness there and compassion. It shows in all they do from welcome to departure.
Review 2：I found the quality-to-price relation very poor as the room was expensive but extremely basic and the approach of the staff was cheap: the lighting comprised two bare bulbs and a broken lamp, there was one old pillow per bed and no spare bedding, the toilet paper was cheap and always disintegrated, and while two sachets of shampoo were provided one was bizarrely removed on the second day leaving me short for the last morning. I found the location away from the town centre not great, the breakfast was again basic and unimaginative, and some of the staff were a bit rude. I do not recommend this place to stay to other travellers.
Review 3：Rooms are a bit basic and there are no double beds, it's an ex convent, but bathroom was modern and clean. Also a bit expensive, but it was a busy weekend and rooms were hard to come by.
Review 4：Good location far enough out of town centre to be quiet, but not to far, 15 min walk to the main part of town, good breakfast, rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Review 8：Staff were fantastic. Facilities as good as excellent 3 star hotels. Clean, comfortable, friendly, good continental breakfast, delicious 3 course Italian dinners. 3 min walk to 1st of many ski fields and 10 min walk from train. The local bus service goes past and is regular and FREE. Because it's an old convent it has 2 capella and rich history. It also provides a more communal feel that other places don't have. We loved it and stayed 2 more nights then we had booked. Convento San Francesco was exactly what we wanted.

Review 10：A lovely cozy place that is spotlessly clean. Does not have the luxuries of TV in the room etc but then who goes to the mountains to watch TV?
Review 11：Food. Half board is included. I am happy to eat simple food but the soup was tasteless and the manufactured frozen cake unpleasant. Coffee at breakfast was powdered instant.... In Italy. Disappointing.
