Review 1：Staff is the best I've met in Italy. You are getting all the possible tips, including the restaurants around and places to visit. The hotel stays in the very center and nevertheless there is a free public parking just in front of it. It's clean and nice. And the breakfast is really awesome

Review 3：This hotel is located at the heart of small town Gavi. Free parking in front of hotel. Near to all amenities. Owner Mr Matteo is very hospitable and helpful. Hotel is in great condition. Room is very homely Italian style. A good hotel to stay for shoppers to Serravelle designer outlet which is about 10 minute away.

Review 4：family with two little kids; Saturday to Sunday night; room overlooking the square; till late at night noise from the terraces at the square and building up of the market directly afterwards; I guess you know how the mood was in the morning; the service and breakfast however made the balance surprisingly positive!

Review 11：Thank you, Matteo! Excellent location, friendly English-speaking staff. Beautifully decorated room, everything works. Fast internet. Right above you - the old fortress. Authentic town with narrow streets and inexpensive restaurants. I recommend to spend an evening in the city and overnight at the hotel.

Review 14：Great quiet place. 90% of staff speak fluent english. Breakfast (6 euro) was allright, but staff made it amazing by offering local food and by cooking eggs, bacon and other things for you.

If you use gps Navigator and it tells you that fewkm after Serravalle outlet you must take an extreme right turn and go upa hill to get to Gavi - do not listen and go straight! Otherwise youwill be just unlucky as we were, stuck on a hill on a rental fiat 500 onsummer tyres in snow storm :) Just go straight all the way - the road isbetter and less stressful.
