Review 1：For people with smaller appetite's we found the set price menu a bit expensive as we couldn't possibly eat 4 courses.

Review 2：The location, facilities, staff, spa, pool and décor internally were all excellent; could not fault it. For total relaxation and pampering its the place to be, yet also right in the centre of the shopping and restaurant scene. nice to have a bath and over bath shower in the room and a good size balcony to sit out on, even if the view was of a tree! that had the benefit of being cool in the afternoon.

Review 3：The restaurant was just mediocre. We ate out after the first night.

Review 4：The staff was fantastic! We had our rental car broken into during a quick stop at Ostia Antica so had nothing but the clothes on our back and thankfully our passports and wallets. They helped us get going on replacing our belongings, even got us out on a bike ride on Day 2. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The spa area was very nice.

Review 5：Perfect for those who come to terme! Located in a garden with a pool and 4-minutes lazy walk to Bonifaccio the hotel supplies you with a mug and thermos. Spa is well equipped and maintained. It would be good to have fried bacon and eggs for breakfast, but croissants fresh from the oven were a treat! Thanks, would love to come back!

Review 6：The evening meal option is ok, but better to go out into the town and find a good restaurant. Taste the local cuisine (mostly meat based, pasta.)

Review 7：I stayed here for a cycling vacation. The bike rental was excellent. Adriano, the bike manager, was extremely helpful both with planning the trip and in the day to day panning. The spa at the hotel is spectacular, esp. after riding for several hours. Staff at hotel were all very friendly and helpful.

Review 16：Parking can be difficult in peak periods, but You just leave car at Reception area and Staff park your car for you and move it as needed.

Review 17：Reception and all Staff were excellent, informative and attentive. Spa Facilities were of the highest order of hygiene and selection of types of facilities all on one level for "wet" spas and indoorPool and Jet spas. Level of Treatments and Consultations offered was excellent. Cold Buffet Breakfast selection was surprisingly good, Lunch and Dinner Buffett included Gourmet selection of hot and cold food, antipasto, broth or Pasta and main courses, dessert. Genteel place to stay, not for party animals .

Review 18：Furnishings a bit dated in hotel and with lots of older people as guests at hotel it felt like I was in the 1950s. No non-smoking rooms in entire hotel but at least our room did not smell like smoke.

Review 19：The spa was lovely as were their staff. The hotel front desk staff and cleaning woman were very nice and spoke some English. Room was acceptable but I expected more of a four star hotel. Breakfast was good. There is a fabulous five star hotel nearby if you want luxury.

Review 20：Bathroom too small. The furniture of the room is really old, they needto renew those rooms. Quite noisy room since I was close lust beside thestairs and elevators, you can hear everything. The have a terrible timetable for the spa, opening too late (10am) and closing too early (8pm).Same thing with the fitness area ( which is very small and poor), andopening at 9am and closing at 7pm. I was there for work and I had to goout before 8am and getting back around 6.30pm, so no time to enjoy thespa nor the fitness area.

Review 25：There was one receptionist who was very kind and helpful, though a bit"suggestive", continuing to mention my "lover" (Iam married with children." as almost all the guests are Russian,and I'm American, most of the staff spoke to me in Russian, notItalian which is my second language. The bathroom in the room has pubichair on the floor and sone substance on the wall and towel hanger, likebaby food. I went to relax and find quiet and found it is in a verynoisy position amongst about 100 other hotels in prob 2km2 area. Theonly day I could use the pool (due to weather) it was taken over by abirthday party of about 60 little kids and parents from 12 to about 6pm. So much for a silent retreat. The dinner buffet cost 30€ and I eatvery little so it wasn't worth it. I asked for a no smoking roombut the people to my right smoked on the balcony and their smokeentered right into my room.

Review 26：The spa/wellness center was nice. The staff was kind andprofessional, and seemed to enjoy speaking Italian to a foreigner! I gotsome great treatments, though the hot stones left a burn mark on mybelly. In the spa area the steam rooms smell like feet, but at leastthey require the use of swim suits (unlike in the north of Italy whereyou must be nude) and I prefer that. The breakfast buffet was prettygood, and you can order eggs and bacon as you wish on the side.

Review 29：1- SPA is closed at 9pm. That's so early. If you work during a day, than return to the hotel, to change et to have a rest. After you have no time enough to profit by SPA. :-( 2- Parking is chaotic even valet comes to take away.
