Review 1：Huge amount of noise from a local party (on a Sunday night) until 2am. Expect better from a resort. The island was hugely disappointing and a big regret from our trip.

Review 2：Swimming pool, spa (very expensive but very nice), excellent service from front desk staff, room facilities were of course to a very high standard. Staff accomodated a very late check-out and that allowed us to relax far more than expected (on our last day of a week's holiday) - and was much appreciated.

Review 3：Induction on arrival did not give any info on when or where breakfast was served. The list of 'Do Nots' listed in the welcome pack is not condusive to creating a positive environment.

Review 5：On one night we ate at 9pm and the restaurant was empty by 10pm with the stagf standing around, we felt pressured to leave. Would have liked more time to enjoy, maybe don't take nookings after 8pm if this is the case.

Review 6：Restaurant food was amazing! Duck was the best i've ever had. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and arranged breakdown aervice for out car.

Review 7：1. no hot water in the shower after 7pm - you have to call front desk to restart the heater and then wait 15-25 min 2. terrible towels - smelling 3. you cannot control air condition - you are either very cold (18-20) or nothing. 4. Bed - very very soft, so if you are a man over 75 kg (who is not?) you got a backpain 5. breakfast - fruit juice is not a juice but made from powder, the same with scrambled eggs (unbelieveable in 5* resort), the fresh fruit was rotten. If you would like to have eggs other way then scrambled eggs (which were made from powder) you had to pay 4-7€ - even when your breakfast is included in the daily rate. Again it is something what I cant understand. We left the hotel 3 days before the end of our stay and choose the other one in the island - it was good decision.

Review 17：The hotel was recently opened and still had issues to work out: the shower in the bathroom had poor drainage due to the design.This resulted in daily flooding of the bathroom floor. Also, we stayed in a suite and there was only one air conditioning vent to cool the rather large room. Despite the 6-7 phone calls to the front desk- the problem was not taken care of. Plus the fact that you could not control the a/c unit yourself- each time you wanted to raise/lower the room temperature you had to contact the front desk. What a pain!Kinks need to be worked out at the hotel.
