Review 1：Food in restaurant has to be improved. Although waiter service was very friendly, the quality of food is very poor.
Review 2：Very good price/quality accommodation option, very clean and comfortable rooms. Very -very helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I am very grateful for transfer to the outlet and back and to railway station, which was kindly organized for me free of charge! Thank you for the great stay!

Review 11：Few things that can make this place much better. 1) An elavator. I had difficulty moving my luggage, baby stroller and shopping items myself to the 3rd floor. 2) Air condition ( my visit was during July > 35 degree So it was very hot without an AC. Maybe they can put at least fans. The air condition would also solve the flys and bugs problem since we had to open the windows all the time. Other than that, everything was nice.

Review 16：Not so easy to find correct turn on the road at night (no clear sign, had to use GPS). Check-in is only until 8 p.m. Arrived rather late (around 11.30 p.m.) and were charged around 10 euro on top of the booked rate.

Review 18：Restaurant is not acceptable. In fact, the food quality is absolutely average and normally you wait more from Agriturisme hotel in the countryside. I was told they have a bio bread but in reality bread was not tasty, really old, and not just old but with real big mustiness on it! Normally when you have such kind of situation in a normal restaurant you never pay for the dinner but here....... the waiter just mumbled "sorry", brougth bread away and returned with the same bread basket but without mustinessed pieces, could you imagine that?! Another minor point is cleaning - the room is not clean and full of dust all over. Ok, it is a countryside hotel and we are close to nature here but we are paying for the room which must be clean, it is obvious for anyone, do not you think so?!
Review 19：Location is good. Picturesque views down to the hills.Very good air. Not far from Gavi and Novi Ligure, Seravalle Scrivia outlet is something like 10 min. driving from the hotel but my idea is that next time I need to visit Seravalle outlet I would drive from Torino, city is absolutely perfect, beautiful and interesting and it is much more fun to stay there and just 1.5 hours driving. Wi-fi connection in the room is 100% perfect, in the breakfast room connection is really poor. Staff is friendly but take note that reception is not opened 24 hours and it is not really convenient because you have to plan your arrival far in advance and inform them accordingly.
Review 20：The hotel was really hard to find if you drive there after sun-set, there's no light on the mountain road. And only one small sign on the road to show direction to the hotel. If you drive there, make sure you will arrive in day time.
Review 21：Originally we booked one double room, but was upgraded to one appartment without additional cost. The reception girl was very nice, we were later aroud 40 min. as planned (normally the hotel reception is off at 8:00 pm). The breakfast and dinner are good.
Review 22：It is not a minus, but if you use gmaps or GPS the way is too long. That's why the staff is sending an email with the easiest route directions in advance. So check your email before going.

Nothing to say about location and amazing view from our veranda and restaurant balcony! It left us speachless! The girl from reception Carlotta was very good to us and owner Nazario and his wife Sven gave us a lift to Seravalle outlet , mess in the church and Castello di Gavi!! I am recommending this awasome place for those who enjoy nature, tranquility and peaceful rest in one of the most beautiful places on earth!

Tenuta della Guardia was perfect, located not too far from the highway, with a wonderful restaurant attached. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with great service and a beautiful view of the rolling hills of Piemonte. The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable.

The restaurant had a good breakfast for Italian standards (and the croissants were so delicious!), and excellent food for dinner.

She is very kind and even sent her son to look for us and guide us to the place. The receptionist is very friendly. She always has a smile on her face while talking with us and even tries to find restaurant for us. My friend stayed the studio upstairs. We stayed a room downstairs. The next morning when we opened the curtain, it was a bit surprise. Our room has a mountain view. That is wonderful. The dinner hall is well decorated- beautiful! The breakfast was tasty. Review 90：Well, we got disappointed when we discovered the hotel's restaurant was closed. That was understandable, though, as it was low-season already - and fortunately we ended up having a great experience at a local restaurant in town (Beer Co.).
Review 91：The hotel is situated a little bit outside Gavi (few minutes-drive on a picturesque little road) and we loved the location. Very close to Milano and Genova, yet very quiet and authentic. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice (cloudy, rainy) and it was low-season in that region already, so the hotel restaurant was closed and there was not much for us to do. At night we went into town to get some food and for our surprise everything was closed (Sunday night). We had some pie and a beer at one of the only two places that was open. Fortunately, before heading home we decided to walk a little more and discovered one or two restaurants were opening (at 19:30). We went to Beer Co. and finally had some decent food (risotto, the best I've had in my life!) and a glass of local Nebbiolo wine. The hotel is charming, with a great view to a valley. Our room was comfortable, clean, and even had a smart kitchenette hidden inside a closet! Breakfast was good. Definitely recommended!
