Review 2：Spa was great. Breakfirst perfect and very italian with massive amount of cakes. Good location with lots of good restaurants only few steps away.

Review 3：The only real "difficulty" was to find the hotel, even the GPS of the car did not find the specific address, also I would say that the hotel could fix the big luminous sign they have on top of the building because it is never lightened up.

Review 4：The Spa facilities are gorgeous, I was really impressed when I went down stairs, I was expecting a nice small area based on the pictures from the Booking profile of the hotel but it was much better of what I was expecting. The restaurant is very good as well and prices very reasonable for the food quality.

Review 9：I had two unpleasant situations in this hotel. At first the hotel officer gave me a more comfortable room that I had booked. Next day early morning the hotel officer told me to move in another room fast or pay in addition! It was mistake of hotel. No apologies, no some compliments for my inconvenience. Then the hotel wrote off the funds for first night before a week of my trip and forget it.

Review 10：At first I would like to thank Ella, Russian manager for help and translation because some hotel officers don't speak English. Very good spa, but on weekend a lot of people!

Review 11：The air conditioning is an old system, and despite the warm weather, would not produce cold air, the room was extremely warm. The bed was two single beds pushed together, so not the comfiest.

Review 16：our stay was a welcome relief from one month of travelling in Europe. From the steam room to the pool to the outstanding breakfast, featuring all of the Italian favorites, this was a most incredible deal. The entire staff was kind and courteous. The ambiance was warm and comfortable. We wish we had time to stay a few more days.

Review 18：A hotel with potential; lots of renevation work done, but not yet finished; hence the rooms and building look a bit ragged.

Review 19：The recent renovation was poor and you can still find many traces of the renovation construction works. Breakfast is rather poor - just a lot of cakes but not really healthy, fresh alternatives. Also, there is no fresh coffee but a coffee machine. Overall the town of Fiuggi has lost all its old glory. Right now you can only find eldery people and bargain-seekers, who appreciate the low prices but care little about quality.

Review 32：Albergo Ambasciatori is a wonderful place to stay while in Fiuggi! My family immigrated to the United States from Fiuggi Citta in the 1800's. We were visiting to see the place my great grandparents grew up. It was a wonderful city and this hotel is a very short bus ride from the old part of town and just a short walk from the fountains. The staff were very helpful and enabled us to navigate up to the old portion of Fiuggi (Fiuggi Citta). They were also very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. We got a lot of wonderful rest while there. The breakfast is really good as well!

Review 33：The double-bed room was too 'squeezed'. Hardly any room to move around. The 2 single beds aligned together to make a double-bed occupied too much space in the room. However it was not that disturbing as we could spend more time in the spa or in other relax areas. The wardrobe didn't have enough shelves to put our clothes, but had hangers instead. It would be a plus to have better wardrobe and more space in room.But that was ok.

Review 34：Members of staff at the spa and young ladies performing massages were very welcoming, helpful and friendly to us all. A lady at the hotel reception desk was very helpful in proposing places of interest in the locality and gave us addresses and a resume of the history of places to visit( on our own) as the hotel itself was not offering such visits during that period. On the whole it was a friendly atmosphere everywhere.

The spa was an amazing bonus : eucalyptus steam room, hydrotherapy, really nice sauna, plush robes on check in, then outdoor jacuzzi, lounge chairs under the sun. The gym was small but adequate - treadmill, elliptical. Walked to authentic restaurant nearby, very fun, lots of wine and fresh gnocchi.

Review 43：A bit dated rooms and corridors, and, not the fault of the hotel, the area being "terme" is not very touristy, the average age of visitors would probably be somewhere around 95 years if it was not for young families. Nothing much to do in the evening, I found an irish pub with help from the reception.
