Review 1：Nothing, everything approved.
Review 2：Quiet place, not far from Florence, close enough to make short trips to beautiful destinations, as San Gimignano, Fiosole, Pisa etcetera.
Review 3：Mirella and Simone were as cordial as one could be! I truly wish that I had had more time or had come with another person. I chose the hotel based on the offer to pick up/take me to airport. The location is perfect for those with their own cars, but my taxi driver from Florence Center did not know how to get there, and di not have a GPS. However, I called Mirella at 10 PM and she came to pick me up from the driver - that's service and hospitality! It's quite beautiful, the food is wonderful, I quite liked it. Do be prepared for the location, but it you are driving or need a night or two before you come home after a long vacation, as I did, it's quite lovely! Didn't have much of a chance to explore, but loved the setting. Mirella had an antique store in an exclusive location for many years in Florence close to Santa Maria Novella, so she is wonderful to talk to! I could not have felt more welcomed or taken care of.

Review 5：Rooms need a bit of renovation, and the garden is not as maintained as it looks in the pictures. The style of the rooms and the other parts of the house is not really unified, rather a bit messy. I find it a little expensive compared to what you receive for the price.

Review 7：Photos and official description on booking.com suggest B&B Casavaliversi is "surrounded by the Tuscan countryside", but in reality it is loacted in a suburban area. View from our windows was not on hills or countryside, but on a far metropolitan area. This place is not the countryside accomodation what you might expect from Tuscany. In addition, we felt overpriced in general.
Review 8：Atmosphere of the house is exceptional as depicted in the photos. If spending your time in a beautiful garden is a priority for you, B&B Casavaliversi is undoubtedly your place. Hospitality there is professional and personal at the same time. 15-min by car is the center of Florence.
