Review 1：Just be aware the last few hundred metres of the drive up to the property is on narrow roads with a couple of blind bends.
Review 2：Very friendly reception and excellent breakfast including a number of home-baked items.
Review 3：Access up to Ulivi is not for the feint hearted and not for a big car - don't go the wrong way up or down - you could be there a long time! Bed was very low, but comfortable. Nothing in the way of walkto eateries and wifi not always reliable.
Review 4：The hostess, Monica, was lovely; very welcoming, helpful and accommodating with any requests. Ulivi itself is really nice - very Tuscan and has fabulous views.
Review 5：Beautiful garden next to an olive grove, stunning views, professional and friendly service. The room that has all the necessary amenities. Monica and her husband welcomed us very warmly and very they wanted us to spend time with them nice and pleasant. At any time, she provided considerable assistance and guidance for places to visit in the area and Florence itself. Enjoy selected Italian breakfast with oil from olives coming from their garden.
Review 6：The road up the hill was a bit steep but don't let that stop you from staying in what was the finest B & B the four of us had ever experienced.
Review 7：The hosts, Monica and Sergio, were welcoming, attentive but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed our picnic dinners in the garden with the view over the valley and the soft sound of bells from that convent down the road that we meant to walk to but never found the time. Next trip.

Review 10：This was the most perfect place we could have imagined staying in. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and quaint, the bathrooms were AMAZING, there was wi-fi (huge for people without a European phone plan), and the grounds are to die for. They were so amazing to work with and you can tell they take such pride in it. They make their own jams and olive oil from the hundreds of olive trees on their property. This is where we're staying when we go back to Florence!

Review 27：This is a great place based on one of the hills overlooking Florence. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is sumptious and goes far beyond the typical Italian cake and caffe type of breakfast. The owner is a nice and friendly person who tried everything to make our stay a memorable one. Will definitely come back when in Florence again.
