Review 1：The location it's very far from Firenze and it's very difficult to find it Don't forget your key in your room because you can't find nobody in reception after 11:00 the night and entrance is located

Review 4：The pictures in Booking are from long time ago. There is no trace in the rooms and they are quite small. There are very strange origami birds in the rooms.

Review 12：The A1 is visible up on the hill behind but not really audible. There was some construction work around the entrance down the road from the hotel which looked a bit messy when you first arrive.

Review 13：Very friendly staff, has the feeling of a 'local peoples' place, esp. the restaraunt which is excellent value for money. Clean and spacious. Lots of parking space. Nice room with balcony overlooking the hills. Not too far from an exit on the A1. I made a last minute booking for a stop on the way to Florence but wished I could stay a few more nights.

Review 14：The breakfast was quite basic. The Wi-fi connection for Internet was extremely slow, close to be not usable. Slightly too expensive for being in the middle of nowhere. We took 3 rooms, and they were not all of the same quality. One was clearly with older forniture and not as newly renovated as the others.

Review 15：The location was simply wonderful, surrounded by green mountains covered by trees until the very top. The restaurant served very genuine food and clearly took care of the customers.

Review 20：Restaurant at the hotel is OK. I've had better food in Italy, but it was very convenient. I don't think it is run by the hotel, just co-located. We missed the hotel driving the first time. The entrance is a little tricky to get off the main road and there were no signs. A 100 meter heads up sign that it was coming up would have helped.

Review 21：Price was good. No problems at check in. We stayed here twice for one night each time on our way driving to another location. Fresh juice and the local farm products were good at breakfast, but they didn't have them both times we went. Nice balcony and patio area for breakfast or an apertivo/happy hour. It was quiet for us even in August during a high tourist season.

Review 24：Didn't affect us, but I imagine rooms without the view would be a bit drab. If we didn't have a hire car we would have been stuck as the hotel is 40 minutes from Florence. There's no pool and the outdoor seating area is fairly minimalist. Although nice, the restaurant service is very slow.

Rooms were basic, but still pleasant and staff were very friendly. Restaurant below the hotel serves nice food, is very well priced and the staff are friendly.

Review 74：Could not open the window of the room on the first day, it was broken and needed to be repaired, but they found a carpenter for the next day and fixed it. The cleaning ladies were extremely loud every morning, pulling chairs in the rooms and slamming doors, it was quite disturbing when you would like to have a little rest after breakfast for e.g. Although the hotel says they are serving bio foods from that area, half of the breakfast was pre-packed (bread, cheese, etc.) but you were able to have a decent breakfast despite this.

Review 75：The staff were extremely helpful and kind - they even helped us to find a car repairing service after our car was damaged in Florence... The bed was very comfortable! Air conditioning was working properly, cleaning happened every day. Our rooms were facing the highway, but no sound came in during the evenings, so it was absolutely fine.

Review 94：I was in room #14 and the noise from above me on both nights wasunbearable: furniture moving, bumps and no voices....and the same thingstarting at 6:00 am. I called the second night and the staff was able toget the noise stopped at 10:00 pm. I won't stay on that side again!

If you are using public transport and are hoping tosee Florence, the last bus leaves from Florence at 6:30pm, there wasalso not much to do around the hotel. There was only one other eatingplace other then the hotels restaurant and it was closed both nights wetried to go.
