Review 1：The facility itself was simply tired. It looked as if it had been made over some years ago by someone's grandmother on a shoestring budget. Slipcovered furniture in the lobby, corridor carpeting, draperies and upholstery in the rooms were all dated and worn. The bath was unusually small, even for a European bath. The shower was about 2 foot x 2 foot and very difficult to maneuver within. The only thing Royal about this property was the treatment from the staff.

Review 2：Location, Location, Location....the view from our room was stellar. We had a suite and the salon and bedroom both had beautiful views. The staff could not have been nicer and the service was impeccable. I inadvertently left my travel valet in the room and when I went back to pick it up, housekeeping met me at the door with it in hand. Genuinely kind and service oriented staff.

Review 3：Thin walls - noisy. Sea view room was to the side of the building, had to step out on the balcony to have the view.

Review 5：Had to pay for wifi even though advertised as free wifi and the hotel definitely needs an update considering it's not exactly cheap. I heard someone ask for toast at breakfast and they were told it was not possible.

Review 17：The beds feels like sleeping on a stretcher and cleaning staff uses long power cord to vacuum the rooms trollies standing all over the isle with everything next to it, That was quite a mission getting out to the lift with the suitcase wheels getting stuck on towels and the cord of the vacuum cleaner

Review 23：We chose this hotel because of facilities which was beening charged extra and closed ! The third bed was a camp bed for a larg adult and was nearly €80 same price of good bed !! Wifi was €1 for an hour !!! Every other hotels are free !!!!!! You where charged for having an egg for breakfast !!!

Review 25：The price 20 Euro per night to keep car parked is unexpected considering it should accommodate people with cars if needed, especially because only other parking was outside at 2 Euro per hour. Also ours car key was taken from us for some reason when our car was parked and we had to retrieve them from reception if we wanted to go somewhere only to have to give them back on our return. The room was very out dated with a musty damp smell. Having to also pay for internet in a 4 star hotel doesn't seem quite right.

Review 49：Noisy hotel, poor staff. Item of jewellery went missing after cleanershad been in room when we were out and had put a "do notdisturb" sign on door. After reporting incident at reception itemof jewellery was then miraculously found by cleaner after a"search" of the room. There were no apologies & no oneasked whether we enjoyed our stay on check out. There seems to be alot of staff standing around doing nothing. Felt uncomfortable. Wouldnot recommend

Review 57：A little nickle and diming going on. Internet charges, beach chairs and umbrellas.Just silly. Charge an extra couple of bucks for the room and include the chair. The front desk staff really just needs to smile and be friendly. It's not hard. Smile and say, "How was your day?" They do it in hotels all over the world every day. Give it a try.

Review 58：The location was just far enough from the fray, but not so far that you felt out of touch with the "vibe". Beautiful view from a water view room. We stayed in 408. It was lovely, even with the annoying tween who felt it necessary to jump on the diving board incessantly....but he was having fun, and it is vacation, and I'm sure his parents were just happy that he was happy...and he was happy. Pure joy. Oh yeah, great pool, overlooking the bay, and all the boats and yachts moored in the bay.
