Reviews for Palazzo Romani Adami

Review 1:No signposting at all - the palazzo was virtually impossible to find, living area so dark we weren't able to read anywhere but bed, no comfortable seats outdoors - those which were available were creaky to say the least. This is a lovely home but I wasn't sure if this was a hotel, B&B or apartment. Staff would generously bring in cakes and pastries in the afternoon which I wouldn't expect in a fully equipped apartment so I found its identity a little confusing. The apartment we were in was a bit noisy early in the morning. These are minor quibbles the good points far outweigh any negatives

Review 2:Friendly, generous & helpful staff, fascinating location within old palazzo, spacious apartment with original features, comfortable bed, good shower, within easy reach of restaurants etc, generous breakfast, a couple of repairs were done before we even realized there was a problem

Review 3:Everything was perfect.

Review 4:The residence is an amazing old structure belonging to a noble old Italian family, very elegant and charming. The Landlady was very warm and welcoming and the staff very professional

Review 5:on the site of booking AND confirmation, there was airconditioning in the room. Seems that this not true and is only there to attract customers. With more than 30 degrees celcius in the room, this was not pleasant at all!

Review 6:Large traditional spaces. Nice people.

Review 7:This is one of the most gorgeous, unique properties I've visited. Being there was a little insight into a gentler, lovelier way of living. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who treated me authentically as a guest. But it was super relaxed and I came and went as I pleased. I would highly recommend to people travelling for romance, with friends, with families. Palazzo Romani Adami is a very adaptable environment with facilities to suit a variety of needs.

Review 8:Wonderful people! The both ladies owing the old family Palazzo were extremely helpful! E.g. - we did not print the delivered excellent advices how to get to the hotel trusting our 10 years old TomTom software. Unfortunately it did not work properly so we had really stress climbing the middle age streets of the city running in circles..... The delivered personal help and the very friendly personal reception was unbelievable. They gave us an unexpected room upgrade, did not accept any payment for it, showed us the most important points in the city and excellent enotheka and restaurants. It was the most interesting day of our travel in Italy. Really unforgettable ! Use the opportunity to go there but do not trust yours navigation - print the advices from the hotel - or maybe you want to have some energy loaded and stressful experiences?

Review 9:A truly excellent accommodation in the historical centre of Fermo. My room had a lot of charme, but it was also very large and comfortable. Breakfast is generous and well above the average B&B provision.

Review 10:It was advertised as having airco in all rooms - we did not have airco and with very high temperatures this was uncomfortable.

Review 11:Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Review 12:I've been to the hotel for 4 days. It was an exceptionnal experience. I've been fortunate to live an Italian magic! All were just perfect! Thank you Cecillia and to all your staffs

Review 13:No easy to access using public transport (like many hill towns).

Review 14:Lovely atmospheric apartment, for us a delightful and unique experience.

Review 15:Outstanding B & B.

Review 27:Palazzo Romani Adami is a wonderful place to stay in Fermo. Beautiful building kept in great condition with alot of history and charm and the staff were fantastic. They catered to our every need. Would not hesitate to stay there again.........

Review 28:This is absolutely different hotel. It is real palazzo (built 1700) andwe were welcomed not as guests of hotel but guests of owners. It wasstay at home in an Italian palazzo. I have lived in more than 500 hotelsin last 20 years, but this one is something unbelievable. Rooms are verybig, furnished in style, with painted ceiling, bathroom- modern andexcellent equipped. It was not hotel room, but real part of palazzo(bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom), the ownerspersonally take care about each guest needs, offered all possibleinformation, comfort in so kind manner that we really didn’t want toleave. If you ever want to try living in castle, you have greatopportunity in Fermo, as guests of family Romani Adami.

Review 29:Even with GPS it was difficult to get there. However staff members are so kind to come and meet you to drive to the closest parking area

Review 30:I liked the very central location and the friendliness of the staff and the owner. Breakfast was abundant with lots of choices, including rice cakes for gluten intolerants which are normally difficult to find in hotels and B&B

Review 31:Having to return to my town and my work!

Review 32:Neither a hotel, nor a bed-and-breakfast, Palazzo Adami feels like my home in Fermo, with all the little comforts that make life pleasant; a luxurious and very tasteful apartment; an enjoyable and peaceful breakfast, lots of books and music; even playing cards, chocolates, and the unexpected usefulness of an independent entrance! Fermo is in a good strategic position for those planning to tour the region; the coast, the mountains and the interior are all only minutes away, and Palazzo Adami is on the main street, in the city centre. I will never stay anywhere else, and I am looking forward to my next trip!

Review 33:Very poor wifi

Review 34:Location Permises Comfort Space Breakfast
