Review 1：Its in Italy. In a small pittoreque village in Tuscany. We didnt understand how to learn more about the hotels services and the front desk hrs were slim... So it felt like we had the place completely to ourselves which was pretty cute, but had we stayed more then just a few days it probably had been a bit frustrating...
Review 2：This place is Tuscany dreamy!! The ambience of the little town is the home run! You feel like you are in a movie! Its wonderful and so good for the soul! Second time staying here. Apartment was great and very in style with the feeling of where we were. We left rejuvenated and feeling amazing and hoping to be back soon!!
Review 3：Wifi didn't really work. Staff was hardly ever around to fix the small problems that we had.

Review 5：No outdoor pool, but a lovely indoor spa pool. Breakfast was VERY basic, but then they are apartments, so you can buy stuff and keep in room fridge/cupboards.
Review 6：The lady on the help-desk was extremely helpful I was staying here the night before my wedding and on my wedding night and I wanted a perfect room, so moved 3 times! The apartment was very spacious and excellent for myself and 5 bridesmaids to get ready in the morning! Also excellent kitchen facilities in the kitchen area. Lovely powerful shower head!
Review 7：A little expensive for what it was. Outdoor lazy river was not in usewhen we were there so only had use of tepid spa waters inside. A fewjets not working and in need of some general maintenance and updates

Hotel is a spa hotel with excellent facilities andbeautiful and relaxing grounds, although you don't need to use the spato get the best from the hotel excellent staff. Very friendly. Beautifulbig rooms in an original style would recommend but think that to getfull value for money - this is not a value hotel - you should at leastmake use of the swimming pool facilities
