Reviews for Hotel Alpina
Review 1：We booked 3 nights but turned out to stay only 2 nights. The first night the hotel gave us the worst bedroom, half the size of the normal double bedroom that we saw in the ad., inside no sofa, nor proper mattress, viewing the balconies of another accommodation. The reason was they didn't have a better room that night but could change for us in the second night. The second night the father (the owner) gave us a room with water pressure problem in the shower, that my husband stood there for half an hour without much water. The son of the owner said he knew about the problem, and we were furious that why did they give us that room. Then they changed us to the third bedroom but the mother showed annoyance that was the third change ... We find this hotel very dishonest, the whole family appeared quite awkward for us, they simply didn't enjoy running the business, in our opinion!! Anyhow, we left after these strange encounters and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone as it was all negative surprises for us! Wifi is not available in the bedroom but only common area, this was another inconvenience for us, surely!

The Fine Print
Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from November until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property.
