Review 8:The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were great and had a typical Armani aroma. Our rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we wanted. The view from the rooms were stunning. Our personal Lifestyle manager took care of all our needs and was extremely efficient. Definitely a place to be away from home.

Review 9:Security staff asked to take my carry on for scanning in a store room while my gewelry was in it they didn't allow me to go with them and they didn't allow me to remove the gewelry from my bag in the lobby . Please note it's a carry on trolley bag not suite case .. They were very rude and disrespectful

Review 13:One of the best hotels i have ever visited. The staff was amazing, everybody extremelly kind and helpful. The design and also the comfort of the hotel and the rooms were breathtaking.

Review 14:Poorly trained staff! Very unfriendly reception staff, have been seeing this at the property since March 2015! No change! Such dry attitude especially from a lady called Mariam who could not even smile!!!!

People in reception do not know how does it work to visit Burj Khalifa: they say one thing, but when you go there, it appears that it does not work like that. Swimming pool should be better for such a hotel.

I received a text message on my mobile 2 days prior checking in confirming a Resturant reservation under my name for 8 persons .. When I called the Resturant they informed me that the Armani hotel concierge did that though I didn't even communicate with any ?! So I informed the hotel they told me they that they are going to invistigate and comeback to me and they didn't they just canceled the Resturant booking.

Review 45:Miserable reception staff, no smile at all, woke up at 5 AM after my neighbor started a party, made the room a mini disco with loud music sounds, pulling chairs and slamming doors, after 2 or 3 complaints hotel staff managed to stop the party which was around 7 AM. Hotel staff couldn't control the situation and they need 2 hours to stop the bad neighbor. Very poor and pathetic, never again

Review 47:I was surprised to find out that the 20 floors of the Armani hotel are actually located on the bottom 18 floors with the 2 higher floors dedicated to residences only. So the room on 5th floor was exceptionally dark with no view obstructed by part of the structure. All restaurants and lounges were on the bottom levels with disappointing decor, food quality and ambiance. Even the "direct" access to the mall that is advertised entails a long and unexpected hike up and down levels and hallways. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Dubai and found this to be particularly disappointing.

Review 65:Every time i need a break I come to Armani hotel to relax because I love it. Last yr I came to u 3 times. This time it was horrible. In spite of my complaint to the reception, the lifestyle manager never used to call back and we had to even carry our bags down to the reception for check out. You gave only 1 shower gel for 2 people considering dubai is so humid and we need to shower 2 times. I had to complain about that again and again and again till they finally got it right. The macaroons were left in the room for days without changing. I could not believe this is what Armani hotel had come to. But I still love it so will come again next time but if this continues then will have to find another place

Review 67:The experience by itself is worth the money. Our lifestyle assistant manager Justin was very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel yo everyone, even for a one night experience. We had the executive suite. Amazing!!

Review 68:We did not receive our wake up call. Had to remind front desk to send me a north American adapter. The bed was simply two singles pushed together. I slept in the Crack. Charged the deposit money from my account and then put it back 7 days later.

Review 84:The hotel is all image for nothing. I go to Dubai twice a month, never have I paid for late checkout. Not to mention they didn't send anyone to clean the room. Asked for a fruit basket, they said with pleasure, arrived the next day. Bottom line use the money elsewhere, address, emirates towers or ritz. The hotel is dull, would never stay there again, such a bad experience.

Review 107:Slow service. We checked in close to 4 and yet it took a bit of time for them to find us a suite. Room service had to be called and reminded atleast 5times. We were newly weds and this was a wedding gift from my sister, the hotel was aware and yet didnt do anything special compared to another hotel we were at just a night before. My sister had to remind the Armani staff to give us special treatment. The swimming pool is small!

Review 108:The location, the hotel and rooms look like you're in a spaceship. friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the Dubai mall. It's definfitely an experience.
