Review 1：They only speak italian and russian. No understanding of otherlanguages. We rented a garage slot but couldn't use it becausesomebody parked their car directly at its entrance.

Review 2：Very nice apartment building, friendly personell, quiet neighbourhood.Comfortable beds. Very close to Arese parking (access to Expo fair)

Review 3：very difficult to communicate with staff. difficult to get clean towels, we were there 8 days. no A/C or fans but you do adjust and the roller blinds work well. very noisy some nights and no one available to control it, 2am parties. check in was also difficult for us, we were very lucky to fine susie and marc to help translate for us or we would have been waiting outside a locked gate for hours. the staff did try to make us comfortable, just have your translator ready.

Review 4：the apartment was very clean, it was very safe and secure. Size was excellent, had everything we needed. nice balcony. Close to grocery and a couple good restaurants. first floor is long term tenants

Review 5：The receptionist didn't speek english. The sound insulation of the walls are poor. One of the beds is too hard and very unconfortable, the other was ok. The sofa bed was terribly unconfortable.
