Review 1：there was wifi problem because breakdown. when arr in tropea by train, finally we get taxi by local, taxi to hotel. it cost us 20euro, it was impossible coz only 3 mins to hotel.

Review 2：staff were friendly and helpful, swimming pool and access to the beach by free shuttle. and shuttle to tropea only 6euro return. it was better then taxi. the hotel were given 10/9. the hotel offered us lift to train station,very kind by earlier morning 7am.

Review 3：Old Road sign, faded on entrance, should have hinted to us the poor standard that awaited. Buildings have crumbling paint work and rooms dated and dark. There was cringey 'entertainment' which we didn't expect around the pool area. Staff seemed tired and oblivious to empty bottles of beer and plastic cups around the pool area. We had to get out of the place for the evening. Next morning we went for breakfast, not one clean table free and remnants of breakfast crumbs left on display. We complained to manager, who called the chef to meet us and insist we accompany him back to dining area for breakfast to be met by cold scrambled eggs, hard croissants (how old were they?) and 3 broken coffee machines. We couldn't get out quick enough. The receptionist asked us to make our complaint in writing... So this is it. It's a property with a great view, close to the town but fails in so many ways. It's in need of a lot of care, and appears unfortunately that the owners have abandoned it. Do not stay here :(

Review 5：we liked the location, pool and beach right next to each other. Staff were Fabulous. we left after one night then returned two days later and stayed another two nights

Review 6：The pool is really for smaller children no real part of it suitable for older children and adults
