Review 2：Fantastic property in a beautiful setting with a new over the mountains. Very close to small shops and restaurants of the lovely Fiesole. Fiesole itself is an interesting place to visit. The museums, archelogical sights and the monastery of San Francesco are well worth visiting. With bus nr 7 the centre of Florence is easily approachable.

Review 3：Hard pillows, no mosquito net in the windows, very incovenient and restrictive check-in (extra charge after 19:30) and check-out schedule (by 10:00! which is extremely early).

Review 13：Absolutely perfect. The best of the best with perfect hosts and only a short bus ride into the heart of Florence. I highly recommend this for a short break or longer breaks. Fiesole is a beautiful base to explore the area. Perfectly equipped with cooking facilities and a dishwasher including a large fridge-freezer.

Review 14：Really friendly staff. The accommodation was very new, modern, clean with very good self-catering equipment in the kitchen. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. It was large with comfy pillows. The air conditioning worked really well. It was extremely safe (2 doors that lock and a safe inside the apartment). Highly recommend!

Review 19：The studio seemed brand new and was spotless, spacious, quiet, and comfy, with everything you'd need including a bistro table and chairs on the patio and a tray of food for breakfast. Enjoyed hearing about the local history from the very kind owners, who also provided good restaurant suggestions and easy to follow directions. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the owners were. Location is excellent with a gorgeous view and the town center an easy walk away, where you can catch frequent buses into Florence. The parking was safe and convenient as well. All this for a splendid price.

Review 24：The property is almost new. Everything was perfect. From the terrace i could admire the view toeards the mountains and the countryside. In the evening the silence was almost complete. The bakeries, cafes and small shops of fiesole are at 10 minute's walking distance. For those who speak italian, the local library is only a few blocks from the property. fiesole itself is an interesting town to visit. Bus connections to piazza san marco in florence are excellent. The place is run by a nice and very helpful and competent staff.

Review 38：The owner and his father were always around, helpful and very friendly. Children friendly people. Everything was very clean and quite new decorated. One can either drive to Florence city centre in 15 mins or take the bus. The bus station is nearby. There is a supermarket 300m away. The room was warm enough. Wi-fi is fast enough.

Review 39：The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The place is very comfortable and clean with very good facilities. You better call the place before enteringthe the city of Fiesole because the GPS hardware takes you through very complicated routes and the staff can explain you how to do it much easier.

Review 40：It would be a good option to have a few tools for washing up'few' items without having to use the dishwasher. There was nodetergent, scrub or sponge and no 't-towel'. Also salt andpepper would be a benefit to all using the kitchen.

Also excellent space for hanging andstoring clothing. I also was inpressed that there was a mosquitorepellent in the room, which was needed for such a warm October!

Review 42：A little hard to find. The spot is actually at the opposite end of the street near a large parking lot and soccer field. I suggested the owners also provide the gps co-ordinates to help travelers. The place is so new that the locals didnèt know it existed.

Review 44：We arrived to the Residence Fiesole and recived a warm welcome from the owner and excellent tip's. The appartment are very well equiped and clean. Fiesole is a quite place in the hills around Firenze. there are great views on Firenze from Fiesole. In the center we found a nice restaurant. Overall it's a great place to stay in and visit Firenze. There is a bus from the center to Firenze and there is no need to drive by car and look for a parking place in Firenze .

Review 46：Run by a family which was amazingly warm and welcoming. We got picked up from the bus stop at Fiesole much to our pleasant surprise. Apartments we stayed in was very well equipped and sparkling clean and quite spacious. Assistance was most forthcoming and in the evening we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. We were initially worried about the distance from Florence but the bus trip is short and convenient as the bus starts at Fiesole and ends at San Marco Square in the heart of the city. We just loved the place and the people who run it.

Review 51：We had a balcony which was excellent. Great views, very modern and new. The bed was comfortable and a great shower. Outstanding furnishings, this place has it all. The landscaping was picturesque and beautifully kept and maintained. The village of Fiesole is a quiet retreat from Florence yet not too far from th city. You catch a bus for 1€ and only takes 20 minutes and the bus runs every 15 minutes. The hosts are a family run business and were willing to help with anything, extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very good security throughout. We would thoroughly recommend Residence Fiesole to anyone wanting that perfect stay in Tuscany. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra two nights! Congratulations to Tommy and family on the development of this outstanding accommodation.

Review 52：The only negative aspect is that the staff is there only for limited hours from 10 to 17:00. But if you plan ahead this shouldn't be a big problem. In any case, they provide a number to call for emergencies in case you need it.

Review 53：The facilities are completely new and the apartments are very nicely decorated. Each has a terrace from where the views are amazing. Tomasso is very kind host and is willing to help you with anything you need. The treatment you get is very familiar. Fiesole is a very nice town and gives you a true Tuscany experience without compromising in accesibility to Florence (20 mins in bus to city centre)

Review 55：Friendly warm welcome from knowledgeable host. Excellent quiet location within easy reach of Florence on the No. 7 bus. The facilities were truly excellent for the four of us in two apartments that were as one, but then easily separated for privacy at night with each having their own on-suite. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was great for the July temps. Dishwasher and washing machine with fully equipped kitchen had all we need.j The balcony was lovely to sit on and look out on the nearby Tuscan hills. Very secure private parking and the whole apartment grounds needed swipe card access to enter so felt very safe. There is also a safe.

Nice vew, free parking, wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen corner. 7 minutes of foot-walk to the bus stop and 18 minutes ride to the centre of Florence by bus. Up the hill in Fiesole there is a wonderful restaurant "La reggia degli etruschi", awesome vew of Florence, tasty food, family welcome.

Review 57：An excellent apartment in a beautiful location. This family-run business is all you ask for - a clean well-decorated, well-furnished apartment. The staff whom we met - Tomasso, his father and mother were very friendly and exceedingly helpful - especially on our last day when we were trying to order a taxi! I would recommend this apartmenrt complex to anyone who loves the beautiful countryside around Fiesole and Florence - a great location out of the city, but with easy access to Florence. A great find! Review 101：Not for criticism - just for information: Address of the hotel is via deli Artigiani, 1. It seems that recently this street was renamed. Its former name was via del Campo Sportivo, which still is indicated in GPS and other maps. Firenze taxi drivers are mostly unaware of location of via degli Artigiani but may know via del Campo Sportivo.

Review 102：This apart hotel is located very conveniently to explore Firenze: less than 10 minutes on foot from the hotel to the bus stop, and a 20-minutes bus ride to San Marco square in the center of Firenze. Also, there's a number of interesting places in Fiesole itself. Apartments look brand new, are fully equipped with all necessary devices, clean, warm (local heating system), and comfortable, each having a balcony or terrase opening to a picturesque valley. The family owning the hotel is incredibly hospitable and friendly.

Review 107：The best apartment we have ever been and we really love travelling, so we have stayed in many. First of all the owner was so kind as check-in is till 18.00 and we arrived at 9.30 which was not deliberate, but pretty unfortunate. He was so nice about it and he awaited us with a smile. Residence Fiesole is so secure, noone can get in apart from the guests, so you feel safe. The car park is huge and it's free. The apartment was beautiful and it is even better than in the photographs. It has got absolutely everything you could possibly need, from coffee maker, to dish washer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, all the dishes you might need, balcony with two cute chairs and a coffee table. Everything is so clean and well maintained and it feels that you are the first guests ever. Beautiful and really clean bathroom is heated well and it was May, but they turned the heating on because it was a little bit chilly, again a nice touch. The owner left coffee, tea, juice, milk and some other bits and pieces for our breakfast, although that was not expected, as breakfast is not included. The view of Florence is increadible, not from the apartment but from the Fiesole. What a cute little place filled with history !!! The bus to Florence is 5 min. walk away and it is so cheap. If we come to Florence again we will definitely stay here, and I have already told about it to my friend who has got a travel agency.

Review 108：This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Tuscany. The apartment was spotless with fully furnished kitchen and large living space (what a view from the terrace!!!). We felt as we were coming back to our own home after spending day in tourist filled Florence. Owners were very friendly and accomodating. We have nothing but great memories of our stay in Residence Fiesole.

Review 109：LOVE the place. The place is so well designed and well thought of. There is so much storage room (closets), they even provide cleaning items that you might need like a broom and clothes rack to dry your clothes. There's an a/c, oven, washing machine, and even a dishwasher. They even have a high chair for our use! Did I also mention secure gated place for parking? We had everything we need for a comfortable and marvelous stay. So excited we found this place for our vacation. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate! Thank you, Thomas!

Review 110：We chose to stay in Fiesole instead of Florence in order to avoid the crowds. This residence is superb - the views are marvellous, the studio we stayed in was immaculately appointed and clean. Parking on-site is secure and it's a 200 metre walk to the town square to catch the bus to Florence. The town itself is very appealing, with some excellent restaurants.

Review 111：One small complaint: the heating / cooling unit in the room frequently gurgled a lot.

Huge double bed. Fiesole is a really nice hilltop village served by the frequent number 7 bus from the Piazza San Marco, which is a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and 10 from the main railway station (walk to Piazza San Marco, we took the wrong bus twice) Tomasso is a very accommodating owner- a family business always beats a large chain for service.
