Review 1：The cigarette smell in the room.

Review 2：I really liked the onsen. Overall, the hotel was well located and the scenery was wonderful, definitely recommend you guys to visit Jozankei in winter.

Review 3：We visited Jozankei on Dec 2015 and stay in this hotel. The buffet dinner and breakfast was disappointed! The shuttle bus timing was really bad! 3pm pick up from Sapporo City, by the time we reach the hotel is already 4pm plus, and during winter time, the sky is already dark, you can only stay in the hotel and do onsen and nothing much! The next day, the shuttle bus to go back to Sapporo city is 10am, which mean you won't have time at all to visit the attraction of Jozankei. What a waste!

Review 5：Dinning was too low standard. The signature dinner set was changed to low standard buffet, very disappointed.

Review 7：Watching snow falling by the hotel window is such a wonderful moment and open air onsen is great. Hotel Staff is willing to help. Hotel shuttle bus will pick hotel guests in 10 am to Odori park, it is very convenient.

Review 8：It is a bit old hotel. Guests from another hotel of same series take priority for choosing the seats in free shuttle bus.

Review 9：Breakfast and dinner are good. Hotel rooms are spacious The price is reasonable. The hotel from NHK tower is about 1 hour so its location is convenient.

Review 10：Medium size but very clean hot spring. Though the room is a bit old but it is still maintain well. Enclosed view in the room but we can see the running river with steam, wonderful experience with value.

Review 12：Very convenient to find as it just opposite a bus stop. To return to Sapporo, bus stop is just 3 minutes walk to bus stop on dame side as hotel.. Room we had is huge and had good view of river.

Review 13：Seems like a older hotel and reburbishments looks old. Total not flushing properly. Even after it was apparently repaired by their maintenance staff, it was still not flushing well.

Review 15：We booked a non-smoking room for two, but end up they gave us a room for 4 but smelly...sigh, we don't like!!! Besides, the air-con is not working well, if the weather is hot, it's difficult to make a good sleep.
