Review 1：Not being able to purchase the swim suit I hired during my stay

Review 3：After having stayed here, I am shocked the Hokkaido Tourism Board recommends this place: It is mediocre in just about every way. Really, one of the strangest places I've stayed in Japan, and not in a good way.

Review 5：Almost nobody speaks English at all. You have to struggle so hard to get a simple question understood. If you didn't book a package that included dinner, like us, well, good luck for your dinner. They simply don't serve you till late. We had to go out in the snow looking for something to eat.

Review 6：It's a nice size hotel. Family friendly. The hot spring facility is nice especially the one on the roof top with nice views. Room is clean and comfortable. They have a free shuttle going to Sapporo which is convenient.

Review 7：Wi-Fi only can be used in lobby. The shuttle bus only depart at 10 am and return at 2pm. Return at 2pm is too early, I can't walk all around the Sapporo city

Review 9：A bit inconvenient to go to this hotel. We have to take public bus for about 1 hour to reach the hotel as there is no train service to Jozankei.
