Review 1：The wifi is bad and needs replacement; it's probably the utp cable to the router. Fix it please.
Review 2：Friendly an helpful staff, not only in it for the money. Good parking facilities. Mainly visited by the elderly: they go to bed early? You can walk to the village down at the Arno and up the hill to Poppi.

Review 6：Our host was very accommodating when the only room left was not adequate for our needs so they gave us an extra room as well at no cost. So we ended up with two rooms.

Review 27：Location is away about 20 min walk from the town of Poppi with a beautiful view of the castle and Abey. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant with a good selection of Italian food. Good place to relax and walk/jog to the surrounding castle area. Would come again and stay here
Review 28：The only negatives were that there is some noise from trains (the line runs between the hotel and the town) although I don't think that would be a problem in the main building; and there is air con so you wouldn't need the windows open in summer. Also the wall between the rooms was a bit thin.
Review 29：The hotel is just outside Poppi with views over to the old town and castle. Although it's not easily walkable into the town, we had a good meal at the restaurant (ask for the E15 set menu that is possibly only available to hotel guests). Although we had paid for a standard (comfort) room we were given a superior room as the hotel was quiet; this was across the front courtyard and was a comfortable modern room with views of the old town (at least in April when there were no leaves on the trees). Breakfast was a good selection of bread, cakes, fresh fruit salad and yogurt.
