Review 1：disappointing for price.No coffee/tea making facility which you would get in any hotel or bed and breakfast normally also not much English translation of information.
Review 2：Construction is italian standard, not low noise. WiFi quality in the rooms was medium.
Review 3：We arrived as mountain bikers after a day of heavy rain. Great reception - and we were immediately offered that the hotel would wash & dry our clothes for the next morning! For free! The wellness area is very nice! The staff was very warm & helpful.

Review 6：I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! - staff is excellent: nice, kind, friendly, very helpful - location is amazing in winter and very good in summer for trekking - food is very good - the spa is a very nice plus - you feel treated well and spoiled.
Review 7：Although the pool and spa was very nice, when we went after skiing itwould get quite crazy with children running about, jumping in the pooland pressing all the buttons for the water jets etc.
