Review 1：The small bedroom has only a very small window down by the floor. Due to bad weather we could enjoy the view from the terrace only once during a two day stay, but we can't blame the flat for that, can we? Be careful with GPS navigation in Enna. Ours misled us into a steep narrow alley when leaving the town. Too narrow - we got stuck and had to force our way through resulting in heavy damage to the car. Luckily it was insured.

On top of it all, we had abalcony window that looked out on one of the most magnificent panoramasin Italy . . . breathtaking. Too bad we could only stay one night. Thisplace is superb.

Review 12：This young lady in charge of the apartment has to get more sense of responsibility though. There are days when she doesn't show up and she's not always so willing to help unless you make pressure. You have to insist for her to give you her tel number for being able to get help if you face a problem with the apartment. This should be automatic, especially that she doesn't show up every day.
Review 13：The extraordinary panoramic view on the Etna and the other mountains, the very nice and well equipped apartment and the very convenient location. At the end, the girl in charge of the apartment took me to an agency for me to buy my train ticket and she also booked a taxi for me. There are only two taxis in Enna...
Review 14：turned up at 2 30 at the location having arrived by bicycle and no one at there ,i had to make an international phone call to ask if i could check in .I was told check in was at 3 and thats when they would arrive,i would have to wait outside.The room was free what was the problem?...the staff has been marked down for this reason only

Review 23：Nicely furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony looking toward Mt Etna. Very helpful pair of sisters, both young ladies, got us into apartment and then guided us into nearby garage to get car off the streets (an extra 8 euros and we'll worth it).
Review 24：Confusion regarding confirming reservation had us arriving with no one to give us the keys. This is NOT a hotel. There is no desk staff. It is similar to an AIRBNB rental.
Review 25：Apartment is new and spotless. After some stress over obtaining the keys ,which relates directly to the title of this posting, we found the hosts quite unexpectedly gifting us with a package of cookies upon our departure. Nice touch on their part.

Review 27：Well equipped, spacious apartment , with tiny balcony overlooking incredible view of mountains, hill top town opposite and Etna in distance yet within walking distance of castle, shops etc. On very pretty square , would definitely stay again.
Review 28：I Would suggest the management device a more efficient check-in, as guests have to call and wait for staff to arrive. This can be frustrating after long travel,or bad weather. They should inform guest of this while booking,so that guest can call staff in advance (20mins) to avoid waiting outside.
Review 29：Clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Beautiful view of Enna (Bel-vedere). Pleasant staff. TV,WiFi, cooking appliance, shower were all available.
Review 30：Finding it is a bit difficult but the owner's agent is very helpful. Street parking is hard to find but the owner also has a garage where you can park your car.
Review 31：There are 2 large, brand new apartments side by side. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a large queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. One of the apartments also has a little entrance hall with another sofa. The kitchens and bathrooms are all very modern. Each kitchen is well equipped; it has a table and 4 chairs and a 3 seater sofa. There is also a small balcony offering magnificent views. The front apartment is facing the front and is over a bar/restaurant. This was not a problem in November but I don't know if it would be in the summer. If you go, request the back apartment. There are 2 good bakeries/pasticerias across the street.

Review 35：Very helpful and informative hosts. The décor is modern but tasteful and interesting. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. And the huge open view stretching endlessly across northern Sicily just has to be seen. On a good day you'll catch Mt Etna in the dawn - stunning.

Review 40：The position of this apartment is extraordinary. In the centre of the ancient village, its location overlooking the most extraordinary view, including Mt Etna, is one in a million. We took many photos of the view as the sun, light and clouds changed, and the moon peeped through. The sisters who run the apartment are also beautiful, and were very welcoming and helpful. The contemporary design of the apartment (by one of the sisters who is an architect) is tasteful and refreshing. This was excellent value for money.

Review 43：You should be informed that you have to contact the manager earlier to arrange the check-in time. We didn't and spent time calling after our arrival in Enna and waiting for somebody to come. The washing machine is lacking, even though it was mentioned in the description of the apartment. For people travelling round the Sicily, as we did, this is important disadvantage.

Hardly can be better a place to stay in a typical Sycilian city. There are bars, cafeterias, nice shops everywhere and around. The price is very worth the services, even the refrigerator had cold beers inside. Have airco, and a very nicely furnished rooms. A must have place in Sicily.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, a perfect place to stay for a longer period. The young ladies running the two Belvedere apartments are very nice, helpful and easy-going. Enna is beautifully situated on top of a hill, and the castle ruin is worth a visit and for more spectacular vistas.

Review 87：This is a nicely renovated Patrician house with modern design and a Schindler elevator, situated in the city center, but very quiet. The views from the rooms are extremely beautiful, including the immediate deep valley as well as the Etna at some 60 km! One feels free here.

Review 90：This is a perfect little apartment. Really liked it. Very spacious. On top of a small cafeteria, so if there would not have been any coffee in the flat one could have had breakfast there. The view is stunning (in case there are no clouds).
