Review 1：High prices in the restaurant and we received uncooked raw gnocchi slow staff in the restaurant, we were waiting more than 15 min and noone asked us if we would like to order any dessert, hot and small rooms, very small swimming pool

Review 12：It was our 25 wedding anniversary and the staff could not do enough to make us wellcom and special. Candles on our table for dinner, - free of charge also a few free drinks to celebrate and Champaign & flowers on arrival (paid for by us but it all went smoothly). Excellent food ( a little pricey) but great service.
Review 13：The floors in our rooms needed frequent sweeping. We were on the ground floor and could enter our room directly from outside, so we tracked things in with our feet. It is unpleasant to have to brush one's feet off before getting into bed. The walls are very thin and there is no carpeting, so we could hear the movements of people around us extremely well. It was bothersome enough to disturb our sleep.
Review 14：The location is gorgeous. The drive to the location was beautiful, the view at the resort was outstanding, and the nearby forest was a favorite of ours. Poppi castle was more interesting than expected. The staff at the resort, especially the manager, far exceeded our expectations with her kindness, enthusiasm, and availability. We had only breakfast at the resort, but the food was very high quality. The food at the nearby restaurants on the mountain in Camoldoli was fantastic, including the pasta, grilled meats, and even the quick service burgers and sandwiches. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, although the shower was a bit small for my average frame. The place is cozy and comfortable and very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Review 29：This place was paradise, and was a welcome rest stop after many days of driving and museum hopping. The pool was outrageous and the view from the pool unsurpassed! The restaurant served excellent food, and at a very fair price, and the desk staff were wonderful friendly people who spoke very good English. I would honestly suggest that you spend at least 2 nights and one full day at the resort and in the surrounding 8 km area. This is a lovely area. Wish we had more time there!
