Review 1：The bed wasn't very comfortable, but this seems to be an overal Italian thing we noticed this holiday. ;-)
Review 2：The B&B is located in the heart of Castelmola, which is a lovely, cozy and beautiful little town. It's located under the Duomo, so within 1 minute you are on the little piazza with all the restaurants (without being bother by the noise if you wish a quite stay). Parking on the side of the road is free if you place a pamflet of the hotel under the car window. Location +, free parking+, super friendly and helpful staff+ and clean air conditioned room+.
Review 3：Soundproofing was bad. No English speaking by the guy that checked us in. The shower was dirty and the kitchen cupboards had a couple of small dead insects, the kitchen was not very well equipped having only a casserole, a colander and coffee pot. Could use a tent on the balcony and the mattresses were terrible. The view, although spectacular, was partially blocked by an incomplete building.
Review 4：Nice medieval decoration. We were lucky enough to get the Ginevra room which has a balcony with the best view, second only to the big Suite above us and was very spacious. We could see Mount Etna without having to leave our bed! Good to have a kitchen in an expensive area like Castelmola and Taormina. The road to Castelmola is not that horrific as described and free parking was provided. Location was great, just under the Duomo, a few feet away from the small square.

Review 10：The view from the terrace is simply stunning, and the village itself is very pretty and not at all overrun by tourists like Taormina. The apartment was in very good shape and clean. The owners were extremely helpful with any questions.
Review 11：Unfortunately there are some building works going on at the back of the apartment infront of the terrace. 2 buildings are starting to restrict the perfect view, 1 in particular which is an eye sore as it is a horrible looking shell of an apartment block. I would be worried over time that the perfect views would get more and more restricted, taking away the key feature of this terrace and perfectly located apartment.
Review 12：It was very clean, amazing location and had a fantastic view of the coast, sea and Etna. The big terrace was perfect for having a few glasses of wine, watching the sunset or sun rise, sunbathing and just general relaxing. The interior was tastefully decorated and stylish. I would definitely recommend it and I will be staying again when I visit the beautiful, romantic place of Castlemola.
