Review 1：wifi is weak until everyone goes on mountain or sleeping :) and only on first floor, also these boxes,where skis has to be left are small, enough place for skis, but not for 2 snowboards for example, and we also didn't risk to leave our boots there, not sure how it is, but at our room during the night they became dry, also room seems to be a little bit small, hard to walk for 2 at the same time :) but it is ok

Review 3：The hotel's reception recommended their restaurant, which turned out to be the worst experience I can remember. Every meal (4 people) had advertised ingredients missing. Every meal! Example: A pizza Cappriciosa that consisted of ham and cheese - nothing more. No mention of unavailable/missing ingredients at the time of ordering or thereafter, no apologies offered, no substitute offered, nothing but a very unfriendly retort when asked about the situation. At time of payment, the waiter actually tried to defraud us. The amount he charged was considerably higher than the sum of all things we consumed as shown in the menu. I asked him to show me his calculation, but he refused. I refused to pay more than shown in the menu, and he became angry and loud. Hotel's management eventually helped. Stay away from this restaurant, they are thugs. There is free Wifi, but it only works in the lobby and not in the rooms. According to the hotel's website, there seems to be a nice spa. But it was already closed when we arrived before 8:00pm, so no relaxation after a long day of travel

Review 4：On the first Sunday of September 2014, four of us stayed for one night at the Grand Hotel Miramonti. The hotel in conveniently located, the rooms are modern, quiet, very clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel's management is quite helpful and forthcoming in trying to sort out problems and please its guests. Breakfast is ample and good quality.

Review 7：Day & night: bad-bad-bad slow and unreliable wifi & internetconnection at all. The internet access is far-far better at the glacier-slope restaurant. It's not acceptable at all if you seriously dependon internet connection. Ski locker is not heated, forget everythingabout dry ski boots the next day.
