Review 2：it's located in a quiet place but also close to the city center(about 10 mins by car). The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming during our stay. I wished if we could stay longer. The owner was generous and kind making our stay the most comfortable.

Review 3：You will have to take with you: kitchen roll, some sponges and detergent to wash dishes. Sometimes there is loud music outside at night , I suppose in some neighboring hotels, but you can kindly ask them to slow down the noise. You must have a car (rent a car) if you want to go to seaside. The staff is kind enough to help you to arrange it. Or shuttle is also posdible.

Review 4：The house was quite big, very clean. Towels and soap were there. Toilet paper included. Kitchen fully equipped. Swimming pool big and suitable for small kids. Nice nature. Manager and all staff are so friendly, they try their best to satisfy their customers. I would give 9,5 out of 10 for this stay.

Review 7：Extremly friendly owner and staff. This old wine yard is a piece of"real" Italy with homemade food in the evening, a nice gardenwith a nice pool. The beautiful city of Tropea as well as the beachesare less than 10 min away by car, either you rent a car or you use thecost free shuttle service (in principle once per day, but they are veryflexible). I would definately recommend this place to others.

Review 8：proximity to road and railway line; no one else staying as Italian season doesn't start til end of June; lots of places closed in the area; garden could do with a bit of tlc but this may be because it was so early in their season (mid June)

Review 9：self-catering appartments at a reasonable price; lovely swimming pool; large garden with lots of places to sit; owners very pleasant and keen to be helpful; village of Parghelia has good local bars, restaurants and food shopping
