Review 1：The food did take a little long to come I have to wait like 20 mins for a glass of water, however the waiter was very apologetic and mistakes happen sometimes it's not a regular thing I'm sure.

Review 3：This is a fantastic hotel with super friendly staff, Excellent service, great food, great breakfast. super location near the airport without any noise in the rooms, as they are located on the opposite side of the building, and the trafic in the iarport is very little.

Review 6："Free airport transport" as advertised on Booking.com is not what I expected. I wrote in comments and we would like to be picked up at the airport at a designated time, but no one was there to pick us up. We walked to the hotel, as it luckely was only 10 minutes walk from the airport. The free airport transport is apparently only FROM the hotel to the airport. Does the hotel even read comments on your booking?

Review 8：Somebody have smoked in the room and that smell not good. We order a light meal in the restaurant and have to wait nearly one houer even it was noe other people there.

Review 13：The suites we had were large and well appointed. There were welcoming gifts of candies, fruits and drinks when we arrived. The rooms are clean and new. Bus (#10) stop is just at the corner of the hotel (and shopping mall). Everything worked out fine. When we couldn't find our parking pass, the front desk people gave us a free pass.

Review 14：No tea/coffee making facilities also i filled out the form for breakfast in my room and hung it on my door at 8pm but no one collected it so i didnt get breakfast until i went downstair. As i was travelling alone i did not feel comfortable sitting in the dining room

Review 18：signs to hotel inadequate - it's on a slip road parallel with main road and it's easy to get lost round the McArthur Glen shopping centre. Once you know, it's easy - turn off main road at huge car dealership, take left at roundabout, left and left again round building.

Paid for upgraded room felt as small and much older and more tired that when I stayed there 2 years ago. Dirty old empty refrigerator is advertised "minibar"? Asked for higher level quiet room. Got lowest level very noisy room.

Review 27：The hotel is quite close to the airport ( around 15 minutes walk) and competitively priced, so good for early morning departures, or late arrivals. The restaurant was completely empty when I stayed, but the food was excellent - far exceeded my expectations.

Review 28：Are you a business traveller? Prepare to have a creased shirt! I asked them to provide an iron and got a "verboten" back. Never again! This hotel is a soul-less "wannabe" 4* place in a shopping centre, does not feel like real 4 stars, and neither they have the 4* services.

By the time we booked there weren't many affordable options and had to look farther afield. You need to call room service to get a bottle of water with 3,5 euro extra service charge - steps to get to elevator, that is not convenient if you have heavy luggage or baby stroller - floor heating didn't work in the bathroom - inconvenient bath (because of the plastic curtain)

No facility to get snacks or cold drinks (should have machines you can buy from) you can buy drinks at the bar but sometimes you want to take bottles or cans to your room, pillows were too soft, no alternatives. Need some English speaking TV channels other than news channels, or offer films to purchase. Key card to room kept failing. Did not replenish breakfast items, need to get to breakfast early to have a wider choice.

After a long discussion I receive a double room for 110€ that originally was not available. This are unfair compartments.

Review 88：This is clearly a hotel for business stays. On Saturday night we werealone in the restaurant. Although it was only 8pm the waiter had to turnthe lights on and make sure chef had not left!! We felt as though wewere imposing! Music was straight from the 1960s - piano versions ofthings like "The girl from Ipanema". Food ok but we werecareful to order simple stuff as did not feel confident it would be. Iwas on crutches following a knee operation and had included this as anote on the booking! To get to the room I had to go down a flight ofsteps to the lift. Our room was at the very end of the corridor. Afterbreakfast in the morning I asked for directions to the toilet but againthese were down a flight of stairs!! I complained about this to themember of staff and she gave me step free alternative directions butclearly folding table napkins was more important to her than actuallyshowing me where to go. I followed the directions but with no success. Iwas appalled by the attitude of the staff. I can't believe thishotel has 4 stars.
