Review 1：The staff is Excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and clean,the views are EXCEPTIONAL. Also try the cafe / pizzeria owned by the same people, the pizzas are delicious and the views on the patio are out of this world! Castelmola is a must! if you are in the area make sure you stop by.

Review 7：Fantastic location, be prepared for a long windy road, views are well worth it.just keep going to the top!!. Lovely hilltop village, with restaurants and bars. villa has fab views, its clean, not luxury, but has all you need, and staff in the bar (who own villa )were very welcoming.

Review 9：The view from balcony was incredible. Room was very clean and the town itself is small, but very charming compared to touristy Taormina.

Review 10：Poor breakfast. They say: "Upon arrival, guests will be treated to free tasting of the famous Vino alla Mandorla (almond wine)." - but we had not such a possibility. It's not a minus..but it was a bit difficult to find Villa Regina. You have to ask for it in the bar on the main square, and the villa is 50 metres away.

Review 11：Castelmola is a nice small city on top the mountain. Quiet and cozy place, can be very windy. The room was good, nicely decorated with a fabulous view from the balcony. Quiet at night.

Review 12：We wanted to book a particular tour, but as we can't speak Italian, we asked our hosts to help call the tour company. Rather than call the tour operator we were interested in, they insisted on requesting a tour with a personal friend for nearly twice the price. Not a huge issue but it was a little frustrating nonetheless.

Review 13：Villa Regina is perfectly located on a main street of Taormina, making it easy to stop back at the hotel between outings without losing time. The room is kept spotless by Mamma Valentina, the air conditioner works like a charm, and there's a nice little balcony overlooking the street perfect for reading a book on a sunny day. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very sweet.

Review 33：we had to ask for information, as it was not readily forthcoming. our first night was very hot in the room, so we opened the doors to let in fresh air. the air was lovely but barking dogs kept us up all night and we had a terrible sleep. later we asked about the why the air conditioner did not work and were given the controller. had we been given this before we would have had a more comfortable sleep the first night. Once we had air conditioning we slept much better. be aware that the showers are very small in Italy and this one was no exception.

Review 34：We liked the views from the room. they are amazing. the room was adequate . you should be aware that the location is a more remote one than Taormina. to get to the town of Castelmola you must take a bus from Taormina which only comes every hour. if you have an early start, seeing that the first bus leaves at 9.15 then you have no other choice than to catch a taxi which can make your stay more expensive. the staff were helpful when asked. we had one of the staff order a taxi for us. The hotel is attached to a cafe which is in the main piazza and the views are incredible and a great way to start the day.

Review 35：It was quite hard reach by car and they have their own parking lot. We had a hard time finding the place because we didnt know that the hotel has a reseption in the bar / cafe in the square in Castelmola.

Review 36：The view from the room and the balcony was surreal. Something that cannot be explained. The hotel itself was quite nice. The breakfast was very small but tasty.

Review 39：The remote control from conditioning system was missing, so it was a chilly evening for us. No Wi-fi.

Review 40：The view is just to die for. Looking in the pictures is nothing, compared to real situation. The view from the balcony, overlooking Taormina and Messina strait is breathtaking. Staff were good, although, when you arrive search for your keys in the bar, located in the front of bus stop. Excellent coffe and croissants are made in the bar. Go just for the view and relax up there.

Review 41：This place was the biggest surprise in our traveling experience !The place is on the top of the hill over Taormina with a stunning view! Good restaurant all over ,and an easy walk down to the Taormina ! Coming back you can take the bus ,walk or take a taxi for 20 euro .Easy check in the room was nice and clean !

Review 50：The view is stunning and location ideal. Castelmolo offers goodrestaurants and excellent bus service down to Taormina forshopping/beach/restaurants. Staff at sister hotel Villa Soniahelpful and you can use their beach bus, breakfast,wifi and hotel pool.

Review 51：I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing view we had from the room. Isaw that the B&B was overlooking the sea from the photos online butassumed that the photo was taken at the right angle and the room mayhave not even had a view. It was breathtaking and the staff were verypleasant. Definitely will recommend to my friends and it is the onlyplace I will stay when in Sicily
