Review 1：Room overlooked the port. Large comfortable room and bed. Great location to walk into town. Top fittings in bathroom. Very nice and reasonably priced hotel.

Review 7：There was nothing not to like, however one minor thing that (very slightly) annoyed me was that the full length shower doors wouldn't seal properly, so a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor when every time i showered.

Review 8：Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very convenient location on the dockside opposite the ferry berth. Lovely outdoor eating area, and a sunbathing / relaxation area on the top floor.

Review 12：For hotel of this quality WIFI should be available all over the entire hotel. I was on the 2nd floor and there was NO wifi. It could not detect it until I was in the common area. I was rather disappointed.

Review 13：Next to ferry and close to center. Bed and shower are big for European standards. Breakfast was good but uncomfortable with two people standing there. I understand they are there to serve.

Review 15：Good, well modernized hotel, right on the harbor. The rooms are not super spacious but remain adequate, and this applies to the bathrooms as well. The staff is nice and welcoming, but not overly knowledgeable. The breakfast is OK, the scrambled eggs are strangely overcooked and lukewarm but the bacon is thin and crispy; the selection of foods could be somewhat broader. The major downside is the impossibly slow internet: most of the time, the pages simply won't load. Avoid this place if you're addicted or need a good connection for professional reasons. The prices are quite reasonable, at least off season.

Review 16：Breakfast! A few meters cakes, jams, honey and other Italian sweets. But at the request for fresh scrambled eggs lady replied: is fresh - I did it only an hour ago! And the three cold slices of bacon, maybe ten slices of salami. I understand that this is Italy, but an omelet or fresh scrambled eggs for "barbarians" from continental Europe is probably not a rocket science

Review 18：Really everything felt really basic for a 4* hotel For the price, you don't get anything extra special. It's a nice hotel, but not anything to write home about. We had just came from a 2* hotel and the facilities were much nicer there than here. Wifi was patchy at best. I would not stay here again.

Review 19：Ok, this hotel we had high hopes for. But it did not live up to our expectations. The facilities are ok. They look fancy but not the most functional. Location was excellent Rooms were quiet Breakfast was nice, typical italian affair. Staff were helpful.

Review 22：Bed and pillows were hard (typical for Italy) but more so that from the first night sleep it feels like I have strained my neck and it has become worse over the past few days that I am in a lot of pain now - so bring your own pillows at least!

Review 29：location was perfect- right across from ferry and although they do not have any reserved parking, we had no trouble finding either a spot on the street or lot across the street. room was HUGE- we had the family suite on the 2nd floor with views of the harbor/ferry from 2 sides. Very modern decor and super comfy beds. Kids loved the large jacuzzi tub with waterfall shower. breakfast was plentiful & tasty (nice to have some tasty scrambled eggs & bacon after 8 days of going without in previous hotels) and the open air setting looking out on the ferries coming/going was wonderful.

Review 69：I loved this hotel. The location is beautiful, the hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, very good breakfast. Also, the owner is also owner of one of my favorite restaurants... Discovering that they owned this hotel was a happy surprise.

Review 70：Breakfast extremely poor for a 4 star hotel. No garage or any facility to allocate bicycles except a terrace. The decoration of hotel wastes one of the most valiable resources of the place, the amazing natural sunlight. All curtains are black!! transparent but black for which you find yourself in a dining room in which you guess the sunlight outside but yoj are under artificial fluorescent light. in general: if you like the Maddalena environment, choose another hotel

Review 72：The hotel is very modern, the staff are welcoming and the room is comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast whilst looking out over the harbour. The location is great, right next to the bus stop to take you to the beaches and only a few minutes walk to get to all of the shops and restaurants.

Review 76：It was a clean and modern hotel. It has a free car park more or less opposite. It is located right on the main tourist street, so all the restaurants and shops are literally outside, but you can't hear any noise in the rooms. The ladies at reception are very nice and helpful. One tip about buying a ferry ticket: my wife found out that all ticket shops at Palau are together at the port and she managed to haggle the price for 2 people + car from 40 down to 28 :)
