Review 1：Being charged, or threatened with additional charges, for every single item Towels, toilet paper, moving items, the restaurant, not cleaning up after your stay and putting your own rubbish out.

Review 4：A relaxed rural setting 10 minutes out of Florence. Rustic charm, great restaurant on site, where we had breakfast each morning for a reasonable price on a terrace looking out to the farm and countryside.
Review 5：Limited availability of ordering breakfast - there is a nice restaurant on the estate, however, it only opens at 9am.
Review 6：Wonderful, historic building, with breathtaking views. A pool, playground and a "learning path" through the farm make it excellent for children. And just a few minutes by car and bus from the Florence city center. We also loved our apartment, with rustic furniture and amazing views on Tuscan countryside.
Review 7：We've been to this location twice and we noticed there's a big difference between our first apartment in the main building (Chiostro) and the apartment close to the pool (Lavanga). Chiostro's occupancy should definitely not be more than two people, had a penetrant smell and very noisy beds. The private outdoor space was not direct connected to the apartment and between walls. Lavanga was much better. I would like to be able to do the laundry by myself.
Review 8：The location (close to Florence and Fiesole), the pool, the stunning views, the restaurant and the fresh food shop and the fact that you can start with a very good coffee, without having to go somewhere. Another good restaurant and a nice gelateria is on walking distance from the fattoria.
Review 9：The apartment above the restaurant is very loud and very hot (called La Contessa). There are no fans and the optional air conditioning would have been 10% of your entire stay. The sofa was in very poor condition and not comfortable. The machines in the morning were loud and at night the restaurant noisy. Loads of mosquitoes in the room and no screens so bring bug spray. Also limited bus lines (3 times a day, last on at around 5:00) so expenisve transportation with a taxi to the center, best with a car.
Review 10：The Location is excellent and very beautiful. The food was wonderful and the staff helpful. The pool was also very nice and needed in the heat of summer. It was nice to have farm animals around and a large property. The olive oil is excellent!
