Review 1：One of the bathrooms was leaking water from the toilet. There were no bath or face cloths to take a proper shower or to wash my face.

Review 3：The room. The consiments are old stock. The cup not wash properly with a stain of coffee. The bottle water only 1 pc for a 2 person guest. The bathroom is bit smelly and dirty.

When you look out side the hotel it's look good and okie...but inside it's dirty and not nice...I don't know if there is discrimination if we book in cheap price throw online...

Review 22：It seems there is no coordination between this hotel staff I extended my stay directly with the hotel as requested by front office manager to not extend through booking.com and that he will extend the same rate. However, in time of payment front office supervisor refuses the rates and wanted to charge me on the direct rates which is higher. I explained to him the scene and I asked him to Check with the manager but in vain he refuses my requests rudely and end up paying the high rates. That can be called rudeness and unprofessional behavior from a staff whom made to smile and extend an exceptional service it's hospitality for god seek!!!

I have been staying there for more than 2 years and every time I order something from room service I am getting the same excuse which lead me to understand that they r taking their tips this way either u like it or not but it has to change!!!!

Review 35：Only the location, the price given by booking was totally misleading, because another 4 stars was adjacent to paragon and was much more cheaper than what I booked on booking for such a poor quality stay and for bed only !
