It is located a 12-minute drive from Ishigaki Airport and a 15-minute drive from the city centre. It features free WiFi throughout the property.
Renovated in 2011, rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. They are fitted with air conditioning, a private toilet and a shower. A fridge, a toaster, a tea pot and a microwave oven are also included.

Review 1：Not very many restaurants in immediate vicinity for evening meals so need yo drive into town for dinner but we often ended ip going straight from beach to dinner
Review 2：Local charm , very friendly owners ,good atmosphere and intimate feeling in the Ryokan between everyone staying there. Very good breakfast and evening meal also excellent . We all loved this place and hope to come back .Owners lent is snorkelling gear . Island tour with Patrick gave us the opportunity to discover places we would not have found on our own . The typhoon experience was turned into a house party instead of a potential disaster !!
Review 3：The hosts were warmhearted and extremely helpful, they even lent us some snorkeling equipment for free for the week! They helped a lot with checking our options what to do on Ishigaki. I can only recommend to dine at least once there, she is an excellent cook, and as he is of French origin, there are some great wines to choose from :-) The rooms are very nice with tatami floor and futon mats, but they are not cleaned during the week. This was fine with us, but your millage may vary. The air conditioning was very good (low noise, low air flow) so we could keep it going during the night - which, unfortunately, you have to do in Ishigaki in August... It's unbearable otherwise. The shower is excellent as well. The guest house is a short taxi or bus ride from the airport, and there is minimal infrastructure in the village, however, the closeby "beach" is not really nice for swimming or bathing. Thus, renting a car is highly recommended...

Review 7：For us the best stay during a three week vacation in Japan. We felt very welcome and had a nice and relaxing week. Most beautiful house on the island for sure. Very nice and friendly staff. The owner was extremely helpful and even took us to a snorkeling tour. Great food, once we had a delicious tuna sashimi, we strongly recommend having breakfast and full dinner there.
