Review 1：Claimed to have spa facilities then expected to pay For everything - even the sauna - staff were very rude. Hotel very noisy due to entertainment. Would not recommend this as a 4* hotel
Review 2：There was a pool but I never found it. I ate there and was really confused. Apparently there are assigned tables according to your room. When I went to breakfast I went through the buffet and just set down where I wanted but was promptly told I had to get up and move to a table in the back.. the place as nearly empty. Didn't mind but would have been nice to know ahead.
Review 3：Right next to the slopes and lifts. Next to ski rental Nice people let me check in at 7am.
Review 4：Breakfast open until 9:30am, there are quite a lot of people so it is better to go after 9 but then it ends too soon... The standard room is really inferior to the comfort so I had to move to the comfort room.
Review 5：It is right in front of the ski slope what is quite handy! It has a wonderful wellness area that is a must. Everyone was very kind and helpful so if you're heading to Passo del Tonale here u have a great destination.
