Review 1：Terrible location if you don't want to be listening to loud music until late at night. The service is quite appalling; a view shared by many of the guests we spoke to.

Review 3：Breakfast is awful, very poor selection, every day the same. Very bad internet. Facilities schedules and rules are restrictive. The spa area works from 2pm till 7pm but children are not allowed after 4pm. Staff is not helpful.

Review 5：Breakfast 3 star - you pay extra for boiled egg 5 €, omelette 7 €,fresh juice 5 €. Scrambled eeg always cold and very oiled. Sausagepoorest quality and always cold. Room one chair only. You sleep insame bedlinnen for 7 days. If you want to change you have to buylinnen your self.

Review 7：Pillows were a bit hard, but when asked i was given a much softer one! :-) Jacuzzi was the worst thing - cold and not 'bubbly enough. This was the only thing that really let the whole 'spa' facility down, but it is the most important thing to have when you are cold and aching from a day's skiing! Strongly suggest the jacuzzi should be replaced and warmed up a lot!

Review 8：Staff, food (breakfast in particular), and the 'Apperitives & derserts' buffets in the evening. Swimming pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room. Massage offer at a good price. Room (no. 118), very well presented and comfortable. Hotel linen, dressing gown, slippers etc. Boot room and individual lockers. Location to the slopes.

Review 12：The beautiful manager Vanessa Iannoccaro placed me in a gorgeous suite with a magnificent vista to the slopes. The room was modern and well maintained. It featured an expensive first class massage chair and Jacuzzi tub which was welcomed after each day of skiing to soothe the muscles. Free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast in a V.I.P. dining area added to the five star ambiance. As a Trip advisor ward wining highly ranked General Manager of three luxury resorts in Bali with 170 staff I am always very observant of the quality of staff, premises and food and beverage services. I must compliment MS Iannoccaro for a very professional staff especially the Front desk staff who went out of their way to assist a grumpy old exhausted man .

Review 13：I was second time it this hotel, but first via booking.com. The personel was very unpleasend because of this fact. Everything was difficult for them and more expensive because I'm booking.com client !!! So this was my last visit at Grand Hotel Paradiso.

Review 17：I didn't like being ripped off for a room I thought I was upgrading but Booking.com never cancelled the original booking and I had to pay for a room I did not use, not the Hotels fault, but Booking .com
