Review 1：The design idea of the B&B and the elegant solution - the owner: beautiful Katya and her husband, humorous and imaginative Giuseppe - the possibility, to see the architect office while working - the wonderful friendly aura - the ecological way of scaring away pigeons wished participate at our breakfeast - the phantastic green of our room matching to my dress, the body shop cream box and my glasses case with All Together-Cats by Rosina Wachtmeister :)

Review 3：It is New and clean, a pleasure to stay in for our two weeks there. Bed is very Comfortable, bath is good with no shortage of hot water. Air conditioner is quiet and powerfull. You have two keys one for main entry and one for the room -good security. Nice dining area, Great breakfast with cereal, toast, jams,honeys,cakes,juices,yogurt,fruit, and daily fresh sicilian ricotta and custard pastries you cannot resist, espresso etc. The owners Catia and Giuseppe are always ready to please and it felt like family. Location is good.
Review 4：(in case you are used to salty breakfast), the breakfast is mainly sweet stuff, very delicious though. There are as well fruits.
Review 5：-The owners are two lovely persons that are ready to help with everything you need. They make you feel like you are not a customer but instead a guest to their home. - rooms and common areas are very very clean. -nicely designed rooms. -good breakfast - If you are with car, very convenient to visit Syracusa and Noto, as well going to Catania airport(which we did actually, as Floridia is very close to highway, it is just 40 min to go to airport) - I would definetly stay there if I visit Sicily again. Thank you very much!

It is only 15 minutes by car to Siracusa and very much value for money. It is in a central position to visit places like Noto, Catania, Caltagirona etc.

Review 15：Very friendly owners, nice and comfortable design rooms, great shower, delicious and extensive breakfast with, among others, freshly home made cake and freshly pressed orange juice, during the day we were allowed to help ourselves with more cake and tea. Great place that I can certainly recommend !
Review 16：Nice and ultra modern accomodation in the same building as the owners' architect studio. Super friendly welcome and the owner gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to go. Ideal location to visit the south of Sicily, close to Syracusa (a nice little city nearby with lots of shops, restaurants and stuff to do).
