Review 1：Comfortable clean great bed great shower. Host took us to the airport in the morning. Also walked us to a great restaurant near by where we had a fabulous meal.

Review 4：Giuseppe and his father were kind and helpful! There was a bit of a mixup at check in, but we were extremely early and Giuseppe came down and fixed it right away. The bedroom was spacious and clean, and the little Italian restaurant down the street (less than 2 minutes waking) was the best meal I've ever had. The location is right next to the airport, taxi was 15 or 20 euros depending on the company. It was also close to the bus to take you into Rome. A great experience all in all!

Review 5：Unfortunately, the location is not in walking distance from the airport and a Taxi from the airport to the B&B costs at least €30 to €50, which is a rip-off!

Review 8：Happy Home is a reasonable option when you want a place to stay near the airport. It is a no-frills experience but the folks running it try their best to make it high value, and the price is right. Great restaurant nearby really was a plus!

Review 9：A bit noisy with the plane sound. Difficult to be found (taxi driver asked 3 times before reached the place), spent 70 euro for taxi from the city.

Review 10：Good and clean room. Comfortable bed. Nino walked us to the nearby restaurant. His son provided shuttle service to airport at 15 euro (we don't know how to get taxi otherwise).

Review 11：There didn't appear to be a lot of food options, the close restaurant is a little expensive but the food was good. When Leaving, In the entry way make sure you turn on the light the last step is easy to miss. :-)

Review 12：The the family was very friendly, they spoke English and were very accommodating. the son owns the B&B - his Dad shuttled us (for a small fee) from and to the airport, the son dropped us off at the bus to visit Rome. We stayed two nights and wanted to stay on our return but they were full. Probably wouldn't have found the place without them picking us up, paying a taxi isn't worth it as all taxis are $48 euro from airport. Within walking distance there's a grocery store open until 8pm. There's gelato about a 15 minute walk away.

Review 14：The fact that the owner escorted us to the airport to drop the rental car says a lot about this place, clean, perfect size, comfy beds, lovely staff and located two minutes away from the legendary restaurant Contre Corrente.

Review 23：Great service, fast reply on email I sent before arrival. 10 min drive from the airport. Quick check-in. The host took us to a great restaurant near by (personnaly escorted us) Great room size, new facility all worked great! Had small breakfast, and the host took us back to the airport (for a fairly 15 euro) to catch our next flight. Very recommanded if you have a night layover in FCO (connection flight) very good for a good price! FYI, when you take a taxi to the hotel from the airport, take a white taxi and don't pay more than 20 euro (even if it's night time!)

Review 25：Was rescued from Rome airport by our hosts...very big thankyou again!! Local taxis will charge you 25 Euro, for a 5 min drive. The hosts only charge 15 Euro which is the cheapest you will find. Arrange before arrival otherwise it can be trickky. Once you arrive you wont be disappointed. So clean, comfortable and modern. The restaurant around the corner is a culinary delight...had an amazing 3 course meal.

Review 33：The owner was very helpful and offered me pick and drop for 15euros each way as after 9 pm and morning time no buses ply in the area. Owners are friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. They are quick to revert via email. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Review 34：the breakfast, even for the low price of the room, is too meager -- basically weak coffee and packaged crackers and cookies. this is easily fixable -- make strong coffee, and add at least some cheeses, breads, fruit and prosciutto.

Review 36：The owner of Happy home welcomed us in person despite our late arrival, they woke up for us at 4 in the morning to prepare a breakfast before organizing a shuttle to the airport to catch our flight. The house is really clean, comfortable and cute. Really nice stay.
