Review 1：The access from the parking to the reception is not made thinking in luggage. There are many stairs to go inside the entrance. We had to carry up and down 7 bags.

Review 2：The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Very clesn rooms and bathrooms. Kids loved the pool. The staff in front desk and restaurant very kind and service oriented. The shuttle is very convenient to go to Assisi.

Review 16：The hotel was a few minutes from Assisi but the regular shuttle bus, which ran until 22.00 meant there was no problem in getting in and out of Assisi. Breakfast was good and the staff informative. Plenty of parking.

Review 28：Room was very small, bed was incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. We were put in what felt like the basement floor which was "level -2". Parking garage is packed and very tight. Difficult to make turns with a heightened possibility of getting hit. Food was mediocre at the restaurant. Decor needs updating, felt like it was from the 80's.

Review 44：This is a large conference type hotel although there were just a few guests the night I was there which may account for the low room rate. The free shuttle to Assisi was why I booked here and the free parking for the car. The room was modern and clean. Large lobby and public rooms and a wonderful heated indoor pool. There are gardens and grounds to enjoy.

This hotel has it all; professional and helpful bi-lingual staff, warm and inviting accommodations, a wonderful dining room with a free continental breakfast, and a great location in a quiet setting with a spectacular view. There is a shuttle service which operates hourly to provide transportation to Assisi, which is about a mile away. However, the location is such that one can easily walk to Assisi. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 rating in my book.
