Reviews for QC Termeroma Spa and Resort

Review 1:Staff were only moderately friendly and helpful, and often had difficulty speaking English (not good for international travelers). Also a little pompous at times! There is only one number provided for all hotel departments, which happens to be the front desk. Depending upon how busy they are, they may or may not answer your call - which is not really acceptable for a hotel such as this. Also, perhaps it was the language barrier, but we were given the wrong timing for the airport shuttle and had to catch a taxi at the last moment, which left us with a bad final impression.

Review 2:Lovely grounds and a beautiful hotel, with great indoor and outdoor spa facilities. Rooms are nice and very comfortable.

Review 3:Pricey for what it is. Staff a little bit on the rough side. Got there late and barely used the facilities, my girlfriend got her flight delayed and did arrive next day, but they did not give us even a late check out.

Review 4:The spa is good, a perfect place near Fiumicino for relaxing between long haul flights. The room was ok, though "romantic suite" had nothing romantic, rather outdated. May be for them romantic is "from Rome"? Terrace is helpful if you smoke, the bathroom nothing special, but you've got the whole spa for you.

Review 5:The spa in winter is not a good experience. I got a cold from walking in a robe from the room to the facilities. Outside the pool was really cold and no warm place to seat.

Review 6:Hotel shuttle runs on the hour 10am - 9pm from FCO. DO NOT consider staying here thinking it's so close to the airport and it would be easy. It was the most unpleasant experience ever! Getting a Taxi to drive the 3km was $25 and a VERY frustrating experience. Forget the fact that it's totally unreasonable to pay $25 for literally a 5 min ride, getting a TAXI driver who is willing to take you will be hard. Multiple drivers rejected driving us and one even wanted to charge us $60! After asking about 6 drivers, we finally met a nice person who was willing. We ended up giving him a generous tip. The hotel staff didn't offer any assistance over the phone when we called from the airport. Just said there was nothing they can do for us. When we finally got to the hotel, they said they were aware of how hard it can be for travelers to get there. If that is the case, the hotel really should offer pick up around the clock. It's not like they are lacking staff. When we checked in, 4 people were behind the desk at 11:30pm. The room was decent but the floor in our room was super sticky like it's dirty. We were there just for the night so I didn't care too much but I wouldn't rate this is a 5 star. Didn't get a chance to check out much else or the spa. Breakfast had a wide selection.

Review 7:The receptionist who helped us managed to get us some dinner after the restaurant closed. She was very nice.

Review 8:I had a few problems: my aiport shuttle didn't turn up on the correct date; I had problems with my room that weren't addressed; the staff were not as helpful or attentive as the previous visit. Other guests with a small baby were clearly very unhappy with the service. Things seemed a bit disorganised this time; I t hink it was due to the renovation work going on. I will still go back as it's a beautiful place, but my recommendation has dropped from "must go 10/10" to more like 8/10 go but it's not perfect.

Review 9:I have stayed here before, I knew that the spa is stunning. Also, the food, and the staff in the restaurant, are extremely helpful, and lovely.

Review 10:Better information about the facilities in the room.

Review 11:Great staff and facilities. I was able to thoroughly relax my last evening in Rome after a demanding business trip.

Review 12:Absolutely nothing bad to say about this amazing resort.

Review 13:Everything was just amazing, having a spa in the grounds was just what we needed after our flight got cancelled until the next day. The staff were just awesome too, literally nothing was too much trouble for them.

Review 14:Waiters dont speak english. Awfull food in restaurant in the evening. Havent any food to 20.00.( service room start job at 19.00). The floor in my suite didnt clean .spa and relax hotel but all day and late night fly airplanes. Any relax! Not recommend.

Review 15:Lights kept going out in our room. The front desk staff did everything they could to fix the problem.

Review 16:My husband and I loved the grounds, room and the spa facilities. We were pleasantly surprised of the extensive spa facilities and used them to the fullest. The front desk staff were knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with questions and request. Breakfast was wonderful and once again the staff in the restaurant were on top of everything. I would like to name one employee who made a great impression on me. A young woman named Precious was everything her name implies. Thank you for a wonderful escape.

Review 17:We should have planned to arrive the hotel much earlier to enjoy the spa!

Review 18:Spa - especially turkish bath! Very good pasta, dessert and wine for dinner. Good breakfast. Nice room. Shuttle bus service. Helpful front desk staff. 5 minutes airport access by taxi.

Review 19:The staffs were young and untrained to deal with 5 star gests , they were roud and not friendly.also they don't have elevator but its ok since its one floor building.

Review 20:Land scape was nice and the location next to the airport , the restaurant was very good and elegant, the floors were outstanding, the bathroom was big they have spa but I didn't try it .

Review 21:It is hard to believe this little treasure is literally just minutes from the airport. After 2 weeks of touring this was a great place to recharge, relax and indulge. I would return in a heartbeat!

Review 22:They should put where in the airport their Bus is. I went was looking all over the airport for it, One should call the hotel before hand to find out about where their bus stop

Review 23:Every thing is nice ,,,, the most beautiful place to go to. A day I will never gorget

Review 24:We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was excellent! There were only two wait staff as the other waiters were delivering room service. The waiters were good but could not be too attentive as they had too much to do. Thus, service was slow, wine forgotten or not delivered until the second course.

Review 25:Everything about the resort is beautifully and thoughtfully done: the grounds, pools, indoor spas, bedding, rooms, buildings, food. All fabulous. What a treat to stay there and relax the night before we left Italy to return home to the US. Luxurious!

Review 26:North Americans may expect beauty spa type services, but there are none other than massage. The transport shuttle from the airport is only hourly until 8:10 pm and if you miss the last one the taxi is 20 -30 Euro for only 3 km. My room was clean but they clearly had neglected the shower which still had things from the last user.

Review 27:This is a beautiful hotel. Room was small but lovely. The hydro spa is unique and beautiful, with similar indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy pools. The massage was fabulous. The included buffet breakfast was the best I had had in a one month trip.

Review 28:this is a beautiful property and old structure that belonged to Borge family. It has been completely renovated, nothing spared beautiful clean large spacious rooms. large bathrooms that are gorgeous. I would defiantly stay again and again. The restaurant is top notch aswell. this is a fine property and is a 5 star all the way.

Review 29:I was surprised how beautiful the spa is. It was a perfect hotel for us since we only stayed in Rome for a day and it was only 5 minutes away from the airport

Review 30:The on-duty clerk forgot to tell the shuttle driver to pick us up at the airport. After waiting 45 minutes we took a taxi and was charged 25 euros for a 2 mile ride.

Review 31:It was a beautiful, quiet place to stay with excellent facilities.

Review 32:The atmosphere was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. The spa was wonderful. The food was delicious. The bathroom was beautiful.

Review 33:Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was fantastic. Easy to get to airport! Room service was timely and food delicious. Breakfast was delicious and staff there was superb!

Review 34:We stayed at this hotel as, it was close to the airport, so we only stayed there for around 10 hours in total and I wish it was longer! It's about 10-15 mins by taxi from the airport (around 15 Euros I think), but it's a very relaxing place. The rooms are large and modern and comfortable and the outside spa and pools are incredible. I'd love to come back over the Winter. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to sample the food, but the restaurant looked rustic and the wines were very nice.

Review 35:I booked this hotel expecting to have a swim, as the photo's show a pool. I was bitterly disappointed when I was not allowed to use the pool unless I paid for the full spa package. As I was only there for the night the extra 40 Euro per person was a bit rich for a swim. When checking in I was made aware that the check in time was 3pm. I made the staff aware that we would wait in the lounge area so if the room was ready early they could come and let us know. They did not, so come 3pm I went back to check in, the room was ready and looked to be ready for a while, as the keys were under a pile of bookwork. Don't go here unless you are using the spa package, as the staff do not want to know you otherwise.

Review 36:Very nice room with next to new furnishings

Review 37:We found that the staff were not very forthcoming with information. It was as if everyone should know about all their facilities and what they had to offer. We had to continually ask questions. There were lots of positive affirmations on health in the rooms but not a lot on facilities and the layout of the hotel.

Review 38:The room was large and comfortable though quite dark. It is close to the airport so was convenient for travelling and had a shuttle bus you could book. We loved the heated outdoor spas and enjoyed our last evening in Italy drinking champagne while spa hoping. A very relaxing evening.

Review 39:From The moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and friendly Within a few moments we were up and set up in our room It was a wonderful experience The restaurant and food was wonderful and the staff was very attentive to our needs. I only wish we found this location sooner. Definitely a 10+

Review 40:No shower curtain, so the beautiful bathroom flooded very easily during shower. Also, had room service dinner and it wasn't the best. Lukewarm lasagna. They didn't tell us there was an airport shuttle, so when we got to the front to take a taxi, we realized if we had booked ahead we wouldn't have had to pay for a taxi.

Review 41:Beautiful property and room! Very comfortable bed!

Review 42:The staff was slow, takes them a while to realize what you need.

Review 43:There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the Airport (only 5 minutes away). The facilities are incredible but you have to pay 34 euros extra to use them.

Review 44:Not necessarily a problem but the beds are very firm, just FYI.

Review 45:Gorgeous property, friendly staff, delicious food including a great breakfast buffet. Awesome bathroom.

Review 46:Having to leave as in the morning we had the spa and various baths to ourselves

Review 47:We were dubious about the realitively low price and proximity to the Rome airport, we booked for one night to be there and catch our midday flight back to the U.S. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spa, happy hour, massages at low cost, and facilities. Beautiful grounds and history as originally the port of Rome with many ancient ruins on site. This would be great for arrival to acclimate with wellness treatments by the score.

Review 48:Nothing

Review 49:This Resort is just minutes from Rome Airport and what a pleasant surprise. It truly is a resort, set in beautiful grounds with many pool and relaxation areas. Amazing place and would certainly stay again.

Review 50:It is a 5 minute drive from FCO. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are large and clean, way better than the hotels in central Rome. I would stay there again for sure.

Review 51:TV was broken and staff did not want to try to repair it till 3rd in person effort to get it repaired. In room electronic sensor has a strobe that blinked all night long. Tea pot did not work. Bar service for one drink took 20 minutes. This is a 2 star hotel thinking it is a classy hotel because they are close to the airport and have a spa.

Review 52:Close to the airport

Review 53:Just lack of information for the room service, I had to go downstairs to order.

Review 54:Amazing stay, the garden looks great and the swimming pool was just epic !

Review 55:It seemed to us that the hotel was secondary to the day users of the spa. No clear intake process for hotel guests. Front desk staff failed to make a dinner reservation and made mistakes with our taxi transfer.

Review 56:The location is close to the airport. The spa was far more expansive than we expected. Very lovely.

Review 57:far from anything else where it was really depressing .

Review 58:Close to the airport , and the staff were helpful , they have upgraded us to a sweet for free when we didn't like our first room .

Review 59:Absolutelly perfect place compare to the price. Great restaurant with excellent foot and service. Very big wellness area, close to airport and colse to Rome. Totally great for me.

Review 60:Staff were a bit disinterested. Took (late) shuttle to airport and just dumped on curb - no offer for assistance with bags. Left bad taste after a good experience. Room service sub par and expensive. No wine glasses In room.

Review 61:Beautiful grounds and room. Facilities were top notch. Veuve in bar fridge. Ambiance of public spaces was very peaceful and calming.

Review 62:Perhaps the bath/shower could have had a curtain as water got everywhere, and the marble floors made it very slippery. But that's a small thing, really, everything was perfect.

Review 63:Absolutely perfect hotel to spend our last night in Rome. I actually wish I'd known how impressive it was so I could have booked longer. The Wellness Farm is something else. Would not only recommend, I'd encourage people to squeeze it in.

Review 64:After no taxi out the front of Rome Airport taking us to QC Termaroma Spa as they would only travel into the city centre, I called the hotel to ask them if they would send someone from the hotel - however was told that the shuttle had actually finished for the night. They advised they would order a taxi for us - 45 minutes later still no taxi had arrived for us. We managed to flag a local taxi passing by the airport and paid 25 Euro to drive us 4 kms away. When we arrived at the hotel finally, the staff were the rudest we had ever encountered, did not say one word to us other than hello, and then proceeded to take us to our room whilst my husband and I had to carry our 25kg suitcases (up stairs), backpacks and handbag. The staff member carried nothing at all except our room key! Considering this is a 5 star hotel and we paid close to $300 for 1 night, I would expect the service to be much better. After 6 weeks travelling around Europe, this was our last night of the trip and left a very sour taste in our mouth.

Review 65:The bed was comfortable after a very long and disappointing arrival. If it wasn't for the rude staff for the duration of our stay, the grounds would have had much more appeal as they are beautiful.

Review 66:The staff did not advise of any services when we arrived, therefore we did not know when or where breakfast was served, and other basic services the resort offered. Also, all information booklets were written in Italian, there was no English translation, therefore we were unable to read about the services offered.

Review 67:The relaxed atmosphere

Review 68:Probably important to emphasize this is an adult-oriented spa; great if you want to mingle with adults in bathrobes; not so good for children (pool is spa pool, not really kid friendly); restaurant was pleasant for breakfast; food delivered for room service fell short of expectations (but management responded well to our concerns)

Review 69:Great location near airport, 5 minutes away by taxi; interesting historical area but would need some guidance, management responded well to room service concerns

Review 70:The added extras like the slippers and bathroom accessories were the best I have ever come across. The restaurant was incredible and the property divine. Hard to believe you are 5 minutes from the airport. Just wish we had known and we would have booked in a few days earlier. Divine!

Review 71:There was a mix-up in our reso time for a massage. Never did get it. The staff was very apologetic but it seems there might be a communication issue between the people taking the resos, and the massage therapists.

Review 72:We booked at QCTerme Roma because it had a free shuttle to the airport and a pool. What a wonderful surprise to find not one pool but several and spas tucked in all along the walking paths on the beautiful, spacious, peaceful grounds. I can't say enough about the fabulous facilities, the gourmet dinner, and the friendly staff. I could have stayed there forever! We will definitely be back, although next time will be for several days, not just overnight!

Review 73:Such a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for chilling out as there's not much to do in the area. Massage was excellent and food was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 74:The room service was not good at all. They have forgotten about our order, and after an hour of waiting we had to call them again and re-order, because the previous shift ended. No bar open after 10pm.

Review 75:Very close location to the airport, ideal for transit travelers with a long stop-over in Rome. Excellent term bath and other spa facilities. Excellent green surroundings and park. Great breakfast with prosecco and fresh juices.

Review 76:Quality of food was only OK. I would expect better. The bathroom is oversized for the room and the rooms are too small. The bathroom had no facility for showering and meant you have to squat in the bath to wash yourself.

Review 77:Location is good close to the airport and it is very pretty.

Review 78:one of the light did not working but it did not bother us much because there was enough lighting in the room

Review 79:the environment, the hotel style and the room size.

Review 80:I wouldn't call it a bad experience,. The Staff really didn't explain all of the amenities. Such as the afternoon tea.

Review 81:The facilities were like none I've ever seen! So many spa choices. Loved the relaxing atmosphere!

Review 82:Private and homey. Very warm and friendly staff. Very very accommodating, especially the front desk guy who went out of his way to carry all my heavy luggages, and also the lady at the desk. I like outside park like ambiance and nice 5 ⭐️ like rooms. They were so nice to upgrade to suite room when they learned that I had hard getting a taxi ride to their place, which I declined because it was too big for me. Also, the taxi driver ripped me off big time. The taxi charged 40 euros , but took off right away when I handed him 50 euros. It should normally cost 15 euros for a taxi ride. Anyway, I forgot all about that unpleasant experienced with the taxi the moment I was settled in my room. I love their bathroom toiletries. Just didn't have enough time to try or use it. I would love to return one day to QC Terme

Review 83:There should be a swimming pool. No mosquitoes!

Review 84:The spa was excellent. The breakfast was perfect. The staff Was helpful and informative. I think everything was great. And I liked the smell of the perfume.

Review 85:It was faultless, everything from the service to the spa facility, to the food infact it was perfect. We were planning on having a night in central Rome before an early flight the next day, but we never left the hotel. We will be back.

Review 86:With no shower curtain, the floor in the bathroom of Room 113 got wet.

Review 87:Facilities are beautiful. It was myh birthday and when I got to my room after lunch there was a bottle of champagne waiting for me.

Review 88:Room was sweltering when I entered. It had been over 30 deg on this day and the aircon did not work when I got to the room. I had to go all the way back down to reception to have them turn it on. This should not be for this price. Suggestion to management: - If your guests have a late checkin, be sure the aircon is working and even nicer, cool the room down beforehand on days when it is over 30 C. Also other suggestions -Instead of using the tiny stones on the path, maybe use large paving stones like the ancient Romans! Very hard to walk in shower shoes and sandals, and as well hard to drag suitcase from parking lot on this gravel. - Upon checkin Staff should acquaint hotel guests with the facilities. I had no idea this hotel had such a large spa. Only had seen the pool at breakfast. I had booked it due to its proximity to the Scavi at Portus where I had an appt and would have gladly spent more time enjoying the waters!

Review 89:Quiet location, comfortable bed, clean room, aperitivo, great spa close to FCO airport and the Scavi of Portus. Beautiful Oasis that I definitely would visit again

Review 90:The property was a bit disjointed in its lay out

Review 91:Loved the whole spa and thermal bath complex. This was amazing and gave an insight into why the ancient Romans loved their baths as well.

Review 92:a smell in the bedroom that we mentioned at our departure...but nothing to stop us to go back...

Review 93:We decided to choose that hotel because it was our last day of a 3 week vacation in Italy and we wanted to stay close to the airport but without the feel or the noise of the Airport. What a nice surprise...the gardens, the decor, the houses, the room, the service...we could not ask for more (and did not heard planes)...Variety of type of baths inside or outside with specially inside the feeling that we were in a Roman thermal bath...the food was great...at lunch for 16 Euro per person we hand wine and dinner and also a very impressive happy hour at 6:30 ! wow!

Review 94:Dinner at the restaurant required reservations. You couldn't just walk in as a guest and be seated. Should be noted somewhere when you book the reservation. The evening we were there we had to order room service.

Review 95:Beautiful grounds, very nice amenities, nice room and excellent bathroom. Very close to airport.

Review 96:The hotel itself is at best ok, certainly not 5-star worthy in my eyes. The room ("romantic room ") was poorly cleaned (cobwebs, spots) and with several faults (broken glass, absent complimentary itemsetc) that were not fixed over our 2-night stay! The rooms are also verypoorly soundproofed, and there is incessant music in the hallway outsideas well as loud animal noises outside all night. The "coffee, teaand minibar" is almost laughable, just something you'd expectfrom any hotel really. The bathroom looks pretty with lots of marble, but is really impractical and not very spacious. The staff speaks verylittle English, and they all seem very inexperienced. Forget trying tocall the hotel, they nearly never pick up the phone. It also seemsextremely understaffed. This hotel epitomises the idea of a fineappearance covering up a poorly run establishment.

Review 97:Amazing spa! Good restaurant. Be sure to attend the "aperitif"from 18:30, where you can eat and drink like a Roman for free, to yourhearts content, with everyone in bathrobes under the hanging vines!

Review 98:One tip would be to save a % of the restaurant space for residents and not day trippers. We couldn't get a reservation which was unfortunate.

Review 99:Everything - staff- room - facilities - access to the airport

Review 100:Air conditioner didn't work at first, then only marginally. No turn-down service, or towel replacement; and although very friendly -- the staff seemed to disappear when you wanted them. Nobody available when we checked out early in the morning for a flight home. Good we had booked a taxi the day before.

Review 101:The grounds, the room, the spa, the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Review 102:We really loved this Hotel. After a 6 hours of travel and feeling tired with place was such a surprise. It's just heavenly and we couldn't believe how quiet it was considering it is 10 mins from the Airport. Hardly saw a plane

Review 103:We loved everything about this hotel and spa it was anmazing. We had been cycling in Tuscamy for a week and finished off our stay with a night here. Oh the spa was fab and would return to this hotel again and recommended to everyone.

Review 104:Imagine our disappointment when on checking we were informed that the pool was NOT included with our hotel booking and that it would be an "extra".They bill themselves as a "hotel" but in reality are a spa catering to local clients.Imagine checking into a Hilton & being told that their pool was not included in the package! Very disappointed...

Review 105:Ambience

Review 106:We loved everything about the property! From the wonderful Happy Hour by the pool to the amazing complimentary breakfast to the AWESOME spas/saunas/etc- best resort we have ever stayed at!

Review 107:The main reception staff were not very friendly or helpful - I had to try quite hard to even get their attention, as they seemed more keen to stand around talking to one another rather than assisting guests. The other staff (waiters, maids etc) were very attentive and helpful

Review 108:Lovely location, great facilities

Review 109:We only stayed one night and on arrival they said they could not accommodate us for dinner. They were not helpful and when they ordered a taxi to take us to a local restaurant the taxi was 45 mins late and we had to ask reception 3 times to follow up on the taxi.

Review 110:The spa facilities both in and outside were outstanding. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and laid out. Beautiful smell in all the corridor and reception areas. Fantastic breakfast.

Review 111:Shuttle to airport has limited hours.

Review 112:This was a great way to spend our last night in Italy after the hussle and bussle of Rome. The spa facilities are amazing. So relaxing and very unique.

Review 113:The staff did not give any practical information at the arrival. We often had to queue at the reception when there were outside guests waiting to enter the SPA. We had an impression to be the second category of guests. The SPA was often overcrowded, some parts were closed due to events for external guests. It took the waiters 15 minutes to serve cooffee/tea for breakfast. The restaurant was definitely not worth the money. We booked the table at the reception in advance but we had to wait 20 minutes before the restaurant until it was open. There were only 5 tables occupied but the waiters served our dishes to the different table and after five minutes brought the same dishes to us when the people atold them they did not order it! They did not even apologize. The gardens are small in fact so you cannot take a long walk in the surrounding.

Review 114:The rooms and SPA facilities are really nice.

Review 115:Lush grounds, lovely setting, excellent helpful staff, spacious rooms with comfy beds and large bathrooms with great showers. Food was excellent but small portions (it is a health spa) so if you want a huge plate of pie and chips look elsewhere.

Review 116:Leaving after only one night. We would make room in our stay for two or more days next trip knowing how wonderful this experience was.

Review 117:Spa, hotel and restaurant details are delightful. Location near the airport was ideal for a last day to unwind before returning home and the location in the middle of the park is notably quiet. The staff and management are simply wonderful: we are looking forward to the New York opening.

Review 118:Staff wasn't very helpful. They have a shuttle van but tell you to take a taxi to airport. Most staff didn't speak very good English. A better place to go just for the spa. We unfortunately didn't have time to use the spa.

Review 119:Location, close to airport

Review 120:Everything was perfect, we'll be definitely back. Watch out for taxis when travelling from Rome airport, we had to pay the crazy 48 euro for less than 2 km!!!

Review 121:The staff, especially Fabrizio at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Fabrizio went really out of his way to make sure we feel comfortable and help with all our requests.

Review 122:The resort had an instant calming element! From the property itself to the staff and wellness spa - it was very relaxing. I had a gorgeous room with my own little terrace. It was a great overall experience.

Review 123:Environment and facilities are top rate and very beautiful - an oasis of peace and serenity in a country setting yet so close to the airport and Rome. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in variety, quality, and presentation. Outdoor pools and spa facilities fabulous.

Review 124:The electrical connection in my room kept causing the door to lock me out and the room shower was not hot at all. However, each time I experienced problems, maintenance was there within minutes to fix everything.

Review 125:I loved on the spa experiences offered in the Wellness Farm.

Review 126:The only downside to the hotel was a shower that gets things a little bit wet in the bathroom, but it's Europe and I almost expect to see that. The bathroom all in all was sizeable and so beautifully finished. This made up for the shower.

Review 127:This is a beautiful property and nothing you'd expect so close to me he airport. It's peaceful and so beautifully maintained. We stayed the night before our flight out of FCO and we're sorry we didn't have more time to relax and enjoy the resort. Next time we do Rome, we will build an extra day at the end for some R&R at this hotel at the end of the trip. The room rates are so affordable and even though breakfast wasn't built in, it really wasn't an expensive add-on. The spa treatments, while we didn't use the service, looked very reasonably priced. All in all, we were shocked at the value for this facility.

Review 128:Spa is top class. Great relaxation after day of strolling across Rome. We stayed at this hotel at the end of our two weeks travel across Amalfi coast, arrived straight from Belmont Caruso in Ravello without any feeling of a downgrade. Very convenient location close to Fiumicino airport but still far not to see the planes taking off. Enthusiastic staff. Still very young though and may need to get a bit more experience, but it will come. We had our international family reunion there. Nothing great like a family chat with glass of Proseco in warm outdoor terme.
