Reviews for I Rustici Resort
Review 1：Owners disappeared for 12 hours and everything locked up with no access to pool all afternoon. Pool closed from 5pm every day and one half day. Breakfast poor. No evening food.
Review 2：Good pool. Friendly staff (little English but tried). Small lunch menu but nice food.
Review 3：The staff doesn't speak good English, so there might be some misunderstandings. We could not enter the hotel for a while, had to call the reception (which did not answer on the first try - but maybe because we were there in kind of a low season). Also We could not reach the WiFi.

Review 5：Swimming-pool open only between 9am and 5pm -> it has not been indicated in the offer!! Swimming cap required.
Review 6：Damp sheets on the bed in May. Very poor breakfast. Nothing fresh - just packaged goods. Had to request a tea that was served to me lukewarm. Had a meal in the restaurant and was not offered a menu. Thought it might be a set meal but got fatty salami and bread with vegetable pasta. The owner has a large Alsatian dog that barks, growls etc. Half a roll of toilet tissue in room.

Review 8：The wifi did not work very well in the area across where we were staying and we had to go across to the main pool etc area to use it. You also have to bring your own towels for the pool which is a hassle if you are traveling far. No room for towels in my suitcase!
Review 9：They have a beautiful swimming pool area and a bar/restaurant on the premises which is really nice to relax around. We were in a room across the road which has a very nice garden and terrace. It also had a kitchenette. It was only 20 minutes to the Etna South area where we could take the cable car.
Review 10：Would have been nice if there was a self serve laundry for extended stay.
Review 11：The staff treated us like family. The owner spent some time with us, pool side and provided complimentary desert and champagne. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Help full information for accommodation. The breakfast was very good.
