Review 1：AC in rooms make more noise than fresh air when it's sunny and temperature is above 27 degrees. It was easier to open windows and door to cool down the rom in the evening than use AC. Wifi is weak and not available in rooms, but they expect to improve this in november.

Review 3：- lack of atmosphere - place it rather touristic with rooms located in new building; - breakfast not matching 4* standard - and although rooms are not cheap you have to pay extra for scrambled eggs or bacon - wifi only in lobby - not in rooms; where you also don't have cellular phone coverage; - it is located quite close to the hospital - we heard ambulances few times; - you can't swim in the pools - it's quite big but has the shape just to stay in water, not really swim

Review 4：Surely it is very comfortable, even luxurious place, however I found it devoid of charm and character. We spend there 3 days and found it quite touristic, expecting to be more real and traditional. I',m sure many will appreciate really spacious rooms with highest comfort, pool area and expanse of the whole resort, but for us it lacked with atmosphere. I must admit the old monastery part if beautifully renovated.

Review 7：we arrived late in the afternoon, and nobody was capable to offer us a salad or a sandwich; instead of saying that they do not offer, I was sent from one to another; and I renounce after half an hour; in the morning, they shoud prepare to us breakfast to go, and thay forget; the spa did not functioned, and they seem to have no problem with thuis, evend theat on the booking site was no announce;

Review 11：I was very disappointed that golf lessons were not available for the whole week, and I only managed 3 lessons at the end of my stay. Also, there was no iron available at all, apparently for safety reasons, which is simply unreasonable.

Review 12：The staff was really nice. I liked the location and the hotel. The pool area was supervised the whole day, from early morning till late evening. I chose this place because of the opportunity of golf lessons advertised on the website, and I planned to have 10 lessons.

Review 34：The comfort of the rooms and cary service. We were with our littledaughter and all was perfectly suited for her. Great location for thecountryside and great facility with ample and lovely lobby.

Review 35：If you don't play golf it is not so easy to enjoy the nice countryside directly from the hotel. It would be nice if there would be a signed footpath starting from the hotel to do a little walk (where you don't disturb the golf players). The restaurant was comfortable but the menue should be more Sicily/Italian like.

Review 37：The reataurant, being the only one available without having to drive was a complete disgrace. After a reasonable entree, we were fed overcooked meat and frozen peas and carrots. In a country awash with quality produce, to be served this food was unforgiveable. The toughest lamb I have ever eaten and the fish was completely inedible. At night the room was full of mosquitoes. A great pity that such a beautiful place is so poorly run.
